I purchased a used car a year ago and decided to run it a season before addressing some of its…read morecosmetic issues. It had been keyed on the passenger side rear door and the nose was badly faded and worn. I decided since the paint needed professional help i'd just try a more fun color instead of having a shop do work to match to the boring grey metallic. I quoted a wrap and a paint job, and Maaco came in at half the price of a wrap. I went budget on the paint (single coat non-metallic solid, of which they have about 120 stock colors from which to pick, plus a clear coat), and was mostly looking for low-stress, since I've worked with some sketchy body shops in the distant past and shady deals and drama aren't worth it. These guys delivered on both, but what I didn't expect was the quality- the paint looks showroom, badges are perfect, masking was clean. I gave them the car clean on the interior and they gave it back just as clean. I didn't pay for a full rugs-out interior spray, but they skillfully blended to the old paint in the doorjamb and it looks just fine. All in all the car ran me just over $2k and one week- a super deal considering all the prep work they did, including masking around a tricky overmold on the rear bumper. So the next time you get that shiny new car urge, ask yourself: is it the car... or just the color? I'll be using these guys again.

They highly recommend Maaco, right next door to them. I met with Sam, the owner of this Maaco, and showed him the damage. He was nice as could be. I left my car there on Friday, and it was ready today, the following Thursday. They did a great job on my car. They fixed the damage from the accident, and also buffed out some other scratches so they're now less noticeable. They worked with my insurance company and I really had to do nothing. I've always thought of Maaco as a place that paints cars, not realizing they do body work. Nobody wants to go to a body shop, but if you have to go, I would highly recommend this Maaco. It was an excellent experience.

The customer service and attention to detail is unparalleled. Do yourself and your car the favor by looking no further than Barry's auto body- whether it's a small paint correction or complete body repair, there is no better shop period. Thank you Barry and Keith for such professional care. I dropped my car off after hitting black ice and sliding off the road into trees and got it back looking better than it did brand new from the factory. Five stars across the board! - Blake

Barry's Autobody is a family-owned business that recently relocated from Natick to Framingham. The…read morenew shop is nice and big, with plenty of indoor space to store ongoing work (so no need to worry about you car sitting outside). Barry is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He and his wife (Jeanette) run the shop with help from their son. All of them are wonderful people, plus they have two fantastic dogs that often keep Jeanette company in the office. Barry is incredibly open and upfront about repair costs and options. He will tell you how a repair should be done to yield the highest quality outcome, but he will also provide alternatives if budget is more important. We first heard about Barry's through a friend of ours who had a new spoiler for his Porsche painted by Barry. This friend was very particular and always sought perfection. So when he recommended Barry's, we knew we'd get quality work. We had a Mercedes wagon that had a broken suspension spring mount. The dealer wanted to replace the whole front subframe for several thousand dollars. Barry checked the car over and determined everything else was sound. He was able to buy a replacement mount and re-weld it into the existing subframe for less than a third of the cost, and the car drove as good as new. We were really pleased with the outcome. Our next experience was the repair of a significant dent on the roof of our daughter's car (don't ask how that happened). The repair was flawless. Barry pulled the headliner out, repaired the dent, repainted the roof, and put everything back in place. The paint and finish matched perfectly. Everyone that has seen the car can't believe it was ever damaged. More recently we had a dent and numerous minor dings and scratches fixed on 4 different body panels of a 2001 BMW. The car is silver, and metallic paint can be difficult to work with. Barry did a magnificent job. We continually get comments about how nice the car looks (it's 16 years old, but the body looks like new). We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. Up next is the complete repainting of our son's car. It is 26 years old and has numerous dents, scratches, and plenty of faded paint and peeling clear coat. That work is ongoing, but we anticipate it will also be amazing when completed. We know Barry will do a magnificent job. We have recommended Barry's to multiple friends and neighbors and everyone that has gone to him has been incredibly happy with the outcome.

I went through my insurance, and they helped me through the whole process. They explained everything clearly and were really patient with me. They even helped me get set up with a rental car. The work they did on the exterior was perfect, and both the exterior and interior were spotless. The car looked brand new and even smelled amazing. Even after I picked it up, they followed up with a call to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied. I'm really glad I chose them. They made a stressful situation so much easier and were great to deal with from start to finish.

They are consistently professional, courteous, and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Most recently, I brought in my car that had been in an accident due to somebody running a stop sign. Throughout the process, they kept me updated on delays due to parts, which I really appreciated. It's rare these days to find a shop that communicates this well and truly respects your time and concerns. The entire staff, from the receptionists and secretaries to the technicians, are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their work and their customers. Drummond Auto Body continues to earn my trust with every visit, and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Highly recommended! Alcione H

To make matters worse this car is very special to me because it was my Dad's. After asking around and going to visit a couple of places, I settled on Simon's. My car is a Porsche Macan and there are very few places that can paint a Porsche. However, I also choose them because I got a referral from a trusted source and the staff seemed very knowledgable. There was a lot of work to be done on this car - in fact it needed a whole new door. And for sentimental reasons - I wanted the car back to the original state. It took a few weeks because Simon's had to work with the insurance company. Simon's handled all of that for me and made sure all OEM parts were used on the vehicle. Fast forward to picking it up a few nights ago, I went to pick up my car but because it gets dark so early I was lamenting that I could not really see the car and I was really nervous. Above and beyond - Simon's brought the car into the shop for me so I could see it in the light. I got a really cool tour of the facility. First, all the paints and how they match paints. The paint room is this amazing room - where they have to wet down the floors so that dust particles will not stick to the paint. And then you go out on the floor where they work on cars - and the facility is pristine. My car did come out perfect. It came out exactly to its original state. They work on all types of cars and trucks. Having your vehicle damaged is no fun - but the pain is a whole lot less when the body shop takes amazing care of you. I wholeheartedly can recommend Simon's.

I came back on a Saturday and the process was so easy! Simon took a look a my car and listened to all my concerns and my budget. I got it back Thursday and man he went the extra mile. Cleaned out my whole car and detailed it! The job came out phenomenal and I couldn't be any happier. The first time I came into the shop and talked to Gustavo he mentioned how Simon wants to create a family atmosphere and be a place where everyone can bring there family's and friends cars. Well I can say leaving this place I feel like family and will definitely be back and recommending every one to go see Simon and his staff
