They also used up most of a bottle of bleach cleaner I had out in the bathroom without asking first, surprised they had to resort to using my cleaner rather their own supplies. I also had to go back over the laminate floors myself with a cleaner and microfiber towel since they weren't actually clean; the bottom of my feet kept turning black as I was walking across the floors. Felt like the service oversold what they were equipped to deliver. Disappointing for the price, and I wouldn't go to them again for a deep clean. They asked for an inspection after 6 hours of cleaning, at which point I decided not to have them redo anything.
