I have a 1997 Volvo T5R, that I have owned since 1999, and I love the car, but due to her age, She needed some maintenance. Arlen and his team have done a great job. I've been dealing with them for a couple of years now, and wouldn't take the car anywhere else. The prices are great, Arlen seems to be able to get parts that are either pricey or hard - to - get, and if there are ever any follow-up issues, they make it right quickly and without added costs. Like most of you, I don't have time to write reviews. But a really good mechanic is so hard to find these days. Arlen Carapetian runs European Master Tech and he is exceptional. He is experienced, honest, fair and has a work ethic that is rarely seen in ANY business these days, never mind automotive repair. In late December, I blew the engine in my 2007 Infiniti G35. I debated on just trading the car in and getting another one. I'm so glad I didn't. Arlen thoroughly walked me through my options of which one was to replace the motor with a used one with a one year warranty... no small job. At every step of the process, Arlen kept me posted and up to date, allowing me the opportunity to have the say on work PRIOR to it's being started. I'll keep this review brief and simply state the following: 1) Arlen does GREAT work. 2) He's honest. 3) He communicates extremely well. 4) He stands by his work. 5) He delivers on his commitments. 60 days later, I can still say ALL these things. Absolutely love this place , they had me in and out in no time ... I have a 2003 Mercedes e500 4matic car and the left side of my air suspensions were bad . I checked a lot of different shops and they could not find the part to my car and if they did the part was over 1,200 not including labor . I just so happen to be riding pass and called these guys . Not only did they have my car part in stock they fixed it the same day and I was out in 2hrs . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a foreign car!
