Rebekah was very rude when I was checking out. I have been coming to this location for about 6 months now as a loyal customer because I love seeing Katrina and was told on my last visit I would be $1 off on my service if I prebooked. No one explained to me that this was based off a point rewards system, all I was told I would get a $1 off so I did it. When I went to check out Rebekah told me that I would need to do 5 pre-books and earn $5 before this could be used. I told her that's not what I was told and she became extremely rude and was basically telling me that's the way it is so I told her that policy should be communicated better. Again she stood her ground saying that's not how it works which is fine but at least show some rapport and compassion. I paid the amount and said thank you and she just stays quiet and rude like a stone not even telling me to have a good day or your welcome. All she says is do you want a receipt? and when I leave does not give a farewell greeting and looks down at her computer. For such poor service I will definitely not be returning. I could have kept giving my money to this business for many years but for this reason alone I will never be coming back. Get better people to work at the front who are customer service friendly. I've worked customer service for about 8 years and am now in a management position and it wasn't treating guests this way. Edit: bumped up to 3 stars for the nice response back. I have been going here now for a while and I have to say it is a very professional setting! They greet you right when you walk into the door, and say bye when you leave. Alot of places now days the workers really act like they are doing you a favor by them being there.... Not these girls you can really tell they care about you. The service I have had done are eyes, full leg, underarms and bikini. I go to Brittni and love love her she is so AWESOME!!!!! She really cares about your needs and is always making sure you are comfortable. She will also give your tips on product they have that would work best for you and your skin (I have very sensitive skin) and Brittni always makes sure that she is careful with the waxing. I've went to other waxing places and every time I go they always make my eyebrows uneven. I went to Logann my first time and I loved her! She was so sweet and knew exactly how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. When they were done they looked AMAZING! Plus the wax was free my first time :) I love the wax they use because it isn't painful and shapes the brows really well. I loved them so much I signed up for 13 months unlimited eyebrow wax! I went to EWC for my first Brazilian and they were very professional; everyone from the front desk to the esthetician herself. She was kind and understanding that it was my first. She made me feel comfortable and explained what she was doing every time I asked a question. While it wasn't painless in the true definition of the word, it was a quick and easy procedure. I cannot say enough good things about European Wax Center ! It's very clean, the girls are polite and they run great deals ! I regularly go see Crystal and she is phenomenal. I don't necessarily look forward to going in for a brazillian every 4-6 weeks but Crystal is quick and efficient and I walk out of there feeling so confident ! Walked in for a first time wax a couple days ago and my experience was beyond 100 percent , the front desk gal Jordan was super kind and very personable to me and the other guests in the lobby asked if she could get us water when she went back and was very informative of there great packages !! I always go to Bao. She's awesome! Always in a great mood and super active. She is super fast and gentle on wax, the wax is never painful when she does no matter if its Brazilian wax or underarms. I recently moved to MG and went to other center of EWC but seriously i didnt liked any of the waxer and started driving to coon rapids every time just to have wax done with Bao. Today was my first time at the European wax center and i was impressed. It has a cute waiting room and the ladies working were very sweet and polite. I seen Crystal for a brazillian and she was great! I've been coming here as a frequent customer for over a year now. I absolutely love the wax center! They have a great, friendly staff (My waxpert is Crystal. She is awesome!) and they are very flexible with scheduling. No late fees and all that jazz. They also have a great selection of products to try. Go in and buy some! Their receptionists are very courteous and professional. I tend to go through Bao for my waxings and Jordan for scheduling my appointments. They are both very hard-working and kind individuals. Love this place! I've gotten pretty much everything done from my eyebrows, to my legs, and Brazilian and the results are amazing. I thought it would be uncomfortable but girls at the front desk helped calm my nerves and the waxers are super nice, and keep conversation going.
