It smelled amazing when I walked in and all the jewelry and products were very visually appealing. They sold many good quality jewelry and luxury products. The staff was all so welcoming, fun, beautiful, and very talented. They made the experience very comfortable. I had my very first airbrush experience and left feeling so happy and flawless. I couldn't get over the fact of how natural my makeup was and how light it was. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to have Kess do a brow lamination for me. Again, this is a new treatment for me and I was blown away. I didn't realize I actually had that many brow hairs. The lamination came with a brow tint and she definitely perfected the color. She asked if I would like a scalp massage while the treatment sat on my brows and that definitely elevated my experience.

I just got done doing a 10 AM tattoo consultation with Charlie…read more I already have seven different tattoos. He was very rude. I have a very small tattoo and a small back tattoo that I wanted covered, he suggested artwork for me, once I picked something other than what he suggested,his mood visibly changed. He tried to charge me $750, all most $1k for two cover ups that should be $400 at the most, told me my tattoos we're shitty and he's the best tattoo artist in the city , Charlie please look at your own tattoos before speaking on someone else's. I told him I wasn't gonna post a review, but the New Yorker in me couldn't stay silent, your customer service skills are horrible and you should do better. (Mind you I had $3k cash on me, would have spent it all for better service)
