When I finally got it back, not only did the new sensor not work, but all four sensors were not responding, my rim was damaged, and the tire they worked on had a slice in the sidewall. When I called them out, they immediately tried to flip it on me, saying I "must've hit a curb." On top of that, there was grease around the cut and the tech even admitted they patched the sidewall--which is ILLEGAL and flat-out dangerous. No legit shop would ever do that unless they were trying to cover up their own mistake. Their response? "We'll call our rim guy." Well the rim guy said it wasn't repairable, and instead of owning up, they told me they weren't replacing a thing. So now I'm stuck dropping $700 on a new rim and tire that they refuse to take responsibility for. The owner Tony was rude, arrogant, and tried to bully me into thinking they "did me a favor" by patching the sidewall. A favor?? If I didn't know better about cars I could have been put in a dangerous situation. This place is a joke. Dishonest, careless, and dangerous. Don't trust them with your car. Ever.
