Before I went to his shop I engraved my initials in my oil filter , when i got my Ferrari back the same day I drove it home 45 minute ride I checked the oil it was low down 2 quarts and I then looked at my oil filter it was dirty and still had my initials engraved in it ! I then called farley told him he gave me a bull shit story saying I need to put an additive in my oil hes a fraud and has a reputaion for blowing up customer's motors because of negligence ! Farley is not only a phenomenal mechanic, he is a genuinely good and honest person! I have been bringing my cars to him for years and have never once experienced sticker shock; quite the contrary, I often question if he charged me "enough"! My 2005 Jaguar XJR with 261,000 miles, which I purchased new and still love, is still on the road because of him. In fact, it is driven daily by my wife; he has it still running like new! Same goes for My 2011 BMW 328i, manual, which i purchase as a Certified Pre-Owned with 45,000 miles. Now with 267,000 miles, it is still my daily driver and it too runs like new. Probably the easiest 5 star review I have ever given for a shop. Farley and his team are nothing short of professionals in every regard. Why get overcharged at the dealer and sleazed into spending more money, when you can go to Eurotech for less, much better service, and be treated like royalty? I had to go to EuroTech to mount 4 tires on my sports car, fix the windshield wipers, fix the front diffuser, and for an aftermarket modification. Farley (the owner) texted and called me with updates on my car while it was being worked on and gave me total peace of mind. He did and stuck to everything he said: car would be done by X day, total cost would be Y, etc. Just super nice to deal with and made me feel like I mattered and so entrusting. They made time to check out my new / used car for me, they repaired the bumper when I was rear-ended and made it look better than new and they did some mods that LOOK amazing. Throughout the whole process they advised and consulted and found the best and most cost effective way to get what I wanted. They talked me out of things that my teen age son wanted to do that were not in the best interest of long term ownership of the car and suggested things that were cost effective and look great. Cannot rave about Farley and his team at eurotech enough. As someone who also works in the automotive field, but doesnt have time to work on his own car, I can appreciate the exceptional attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and of course the workmanship behind even the minor tasks. I recently left my Mercedes c63s AMG in Farley's hands for plugs, oil change and all fluids changed. The repair, as expected, was done efficiently with explanations given along the way. When I picked up my car I was given a full explanation (without asking), of the status of the vehicle now vs when I dropped it off. That's typical too, but it's the delivery and willingness to spend the time with each and every person that makes this experience special. These guys are as knowledgeable and genuine as it gets and I have full faith and trust that I'm not going to be gouged on price, and that all repairs will be done to the best of their abilities. They even changed the battery in my key fob, because they noticed it was dying and cleared some unrelated service lights. Just came in here this afternoon to get the oil changed and brake fluids flushed on my Mercedes C63 AMG. I was recommended to this shop by my friend. Setting up an appointment was easy and so was finding this place. Farley was actually quite tied up but did his best to get me in and out ASAP since I was the only customer waiting to get the service done. He was polite and professional. Farley & his team are incredible. They took such great care of my Porsche Gt4 while installing rollbar, harnesses, and doing complicated carbon bucket seat modifications. All was done with incredible attention to detail and patience. The best part was the bill was less than I would have expected to pay. Farley is conscientious and detail-obsessed, posessing an encyclopedic knowledge of cars, but humble about it all. You can plainly see that he takes enormous pride in his work. He desperately wants to be able to fix your car in a way that makes you as happy as you can be, even though you had to spend the money to fix the thing. I've had two BMWs under his care for the last couple of years, both when he was at the Wayland Mobil and now at his own shop. He's done several major repairs on them, including a clutch replacement and suspension replacements that would have been substantially more expensive at the other shops I used to take the car to. Making appointment was easy - however NO work was done and NO communication was made - somehow he had his phone in his hand but was unable to make a call to communicate? Cost me $20 in Uber to get to and from work - and he never did anything? Lost money on this experience - stay away ! Why would a business think this is acceptable behavior ? I have only owned VW, Audi and BMW since I was 16 and simply stated you can't own one of these cars anymore without a guy like Farley. He is about the best foreign auto mechanic I have ever met. Clearly the shop based on its namesake specializes in the complications associated with European automobiles. However it doesn't matter the year and make, although if you have a German car or an Italian Sports car or anything with the letters B, M or W go ahead, go fire your current mechanic b-cuz the day your car comes off it's warranty is the day you want this shop. Farley and his lead mechanic Paulo do all the work themselves, and as a result it gets busy and sometimes. It also means the attention to detail and quality is one step away from the oversight of the owner. They are busy so you will likely have to schedule ahead and you may have to wait an extra day. However, you will get an expert diagnosis, a prescription and a schedule for preventative maintenance. It's all about the quality of the work at Eurotech. You will also get detailed explanations showing you exactly what was done and why. Ask to see the old parts that are now visibly worn are there they are for you to view. Then the real epiphany realizing that you used to pay 2x or 3x as much at your old mechanic or dealer. EuroTech, the driveway isn't filled with 100k and 200k cars because they don't do good work those cars line the driveway and street because this is an honest shop that does incredible work. They are all about the relationship. They will fix your Corolla with the same attention to detail that they do when they drop a racing suspension in that Lotus you wish you had! read more
