Never bring your car here. I'm an African American male and I brought in my car due to the car breaking down in traffic. I waited for them to call me back with updates and on the second day they had it, they told me they have yet to work on it. The day after, they told me they believe the car was stolen and that is keeping them for working on it (Mind you, I pay for the car, insurance and the title and registration is in MY NAME). I gave them one last call after leaving them a message, after an entire day, they didn't receive the message and still haven't worked on the car. I gave them no money, and the team showed me no respect. If you have to go anywhere, don't go here! read more

I am so pleased with the experience I just had at Audy Auto Center. My car was making a concerning sound, so I requested service through their website. Within 15 minutes I heard back. Great owner, great staff, great prices. Went to them on numerous occasions ranging from standard check-ups to car alarm problems and they had me covered every time. My favorite mechanic retired 3 years ago and I decided to try Audy Auto Center for maintenance of my Mazda 6. I've used them for oil changes, installation of aftermarket suspension parts that I've supplied, coolant replacement, brake fluid replacement, serpentine belt replacement, brake pad & rotor replacement. Their prices are consistently 30% lower than dealer quotes but that's not the only reason I keep going back. They don't try to upsell you. They tell you what ought to be done now, what can wait another 10K miles and why. Nick, Joe and John treat the customer and their fellow workers with respect and good natured humor. Never again. Avoid like a plague! Very expensive and sneaky. They replace parts that don't need even replacing. There are plenty of other mechanics in the area. My breaks were squeaking real bad and brought them to get replaced. After a few weeks or so they started squeaking again, so I brought it back and at first said there was nothing wrong. Then it kept persisting and after the third time of looking they "warranteed" the breaks, saying they replaced the defective part. After a couple of days the breaks began squeaking again, now they are louder than ever. Wouldn't bring my car back. In summary, replaced breaks twice, still loud. Took my car here after I was told from a previous mechanic that my 08 Toyota Highlander engine was on its last leg. Was recommended this auto center from a friend and although I was coming from north of Boston, and the commute wasn't pretty, I'm glad I brought my car here. John and his team inspected my car and told me that it is fine to do a long road trip. I did, and my car is fine. He walked me through my car with the new technology gadgets he purchased and explained step by step what was going on and what he was doing. I appreciated that he was thorough and honest. He gave me his opinion of the car and said there were some work that I could do now, but not necessary yet. I appreciated that he was honest unlike other mechanics who would just tell you the most ridiculous things. read more

Joe made my Jeep look amazing. I was hesitant on doing work because I was leaning towards trading in my Jeep. I gave joe a price range and an idea of what I want me Jeep to look like. Took my car there today after a horrible and frustrating experience at Pep Boys in Dedham. I called Audy regarding a nail in my tire from Pep Boys parking lot after I had waited an hour and a half there and was told it was going to be at least another hour to even get my car looked at (when I had an appointment and the whole procedure should have taken 30 minutes) and was told I could come right in and be seen within 15 minutes. Although my tire did not end up needing patching I was so pleased with how friendly and prompt the service was and to top it off, they did not charge me for removing the nail or testing out the tire for me. I will definitely be back when something else comes up with my car and would recommend Audy's for sure based on my experience. read more
