We got the Dan Dan noodle, fried spicy fish, and one of the popular beef dishes. Service was quick and helpful, and though there were two too many crying babies (from patrons, of course) next to us, we would come again! Also, the fortune cookies were a fun touch - definitely not your average cookies but brought smiles to us.

It is a huge portion but it is completely devoid of any flavor whatsoever. Usually onions add something but that did not help. I don't know how you can mess up noodles but no one in my family would eat them and there is one person in my family that will manage to eat almost anything and they refused. The sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce even though we asked more than once for the sauce to be on the side. We liked the bell peppers and onions in the sauce. The chicken pieces were of decent size. I did not care for the sauce. The white rice was well made and fluffy. The rice was probably the best part of the dish. About an hour later, we ended up throwing up the food. A complete waste of $31 dollars (which is pricey for what was supposed to be a lunch special). Also, vegetable chow mein and chicken chow mein is the same price which we found out after we had paid. Lunch is pictured and mention to include soup BUT you only get soup if you dine in. The place looked clean the the people seemed friendly. We may give them one more chance bc of the friendly service.

So glad this place survived after Covid. The seafood shaved noodle was solid. You get shrimp, squid and scallops. $13.95. Really? We are floored! Husband said it was exactly the same and he enjoyed it! He finished his whole plate. Impressed with the large portion!! Shrimp was huge! Instead of seafood, I asked to sub with chicken. Server said no problem! The chicken slices were super tender and juicy and the shaved noodle texture was perfection. It was a bit bland but nothing a lil' table soy can't fix. Only $11.95 for a huge platter. I was super hungry and cleaned my plate but for most, there'd be leftovers. Mapo tofu with white rice. The sauce had too much corn starch and the meat texture was not my favorite. I've had better but when you have spicy sauce over fluffy rice, it can be mediocre and still be satisfying..Would rather have this for my work lunch than Marie Callendar's any day. Pan fried pot stickers 8 pieces $7.95. Delicious. It's the thin skin kind. Classic, you can't go wrong! I can't eat fried stuff nowadays but their fried chicken wings were the best. Plump, juicy and piping hot! I am sure it's still amazing! They have lots of other menu items. On a colder day, I would go for the custom noodle soup bowls for $12.95. (Choose noodle, broth, 2 veg and 2 proteins). Duck noodle soup sounds amazing. For more topping, I think it's $2.25 per extra topping. One of the few places where most everything is below $15 per entree item and nothing above $20. I would like to try their oxtail noodle soup, sizzling beef or chicken platter, teriyaki short ribs, beef chow fun, and black bean noodle dish next time. Interior is clean with pleasant Cantonese Chinese music, free waters, and guava candy when you pay. The evergreen Asian supermarket next door has a lot of Asian grocery goodies with a Vietnamese deli inside. Durian is on sale for $4.29 a pound. Yes, you can get durian in Everett! Impressive! Worth the drive to get good Chinese then shop next door.

I ordered the combo:" bbq pork, roast duck, chicken broth, mushrooms, and baby bok choy."…read more When my food arrived, I couldn't find any roast duck in my bowl, so I asked the server. She told me that each bowl comes with three pieces of roast duck. I searched but only found what looked like a small duck bone. She insisted the other two pieces were still in my bowl and then used my own chopsticks to stir through my soup looking for them. After almost five minutes, she finally found two tiny pieces about the size of a thumb--and they were mostly bone, not meat. The chicken broth tasted like plain hot water with a little chicken flavor. The char siu had an old, greasy smell, and my friend's baby bok choy still had dirt on it. I almost never leave restaurant reviews, but this experience was so bad that I felt I had to. This was one of the most disappointing meals I've had, and I will never come back.

Unfortunately, after my experience this past Tuesday, I'm not sure I want to continue giving them my business. I always tip--usually above the suggested percentage or by selecting the preset option. This time, however, I had cash on me and planned to give the driver a cash tip. There has never been a time where I did not tip. When I placed my order, the confirmation stated that delivery would take about 45 minutes. Instead, the order arrived 40 minutes earlier than quoted--well before I was home. I would have been there within the promised timeframe, but because it was so early, my daughter accepted the order. I also always select "contactless--leave at door." The delivery driver, who has brought food to us before, knocked very hard on the door and then asked my daughter if we planned to tip. That was completely uncalled for. My daughter had no idea that I had ordered food, let alone that I intended to tip in cash. When she told the driver I wasn't home, the driver actually responded, "Oh, because you didn't tip," and then left. I was shocked. Had the order arrived at the quoted time, I would have been home to give the tip as planned. Instead, the driver ignored delivery instructions and embarrassed my daughter by demanding a tip. If management is reading this, I strongly urge you to remind your staff to follow delivery instructions and not pressure or question customers about tips--especially when the order is set to be contactless. A cash tip was ready, had it not been delivered well before the delivery time. For anyone planning to order and tip in cash: beware.

Jade Garden has a lounge but it was dark and disorganized on our visit so we sat in the empty dining room. Large parties can be accommodated. Round dining tables encourage all to participate in conversations. Lunch menu is offered daily, from 11:00am-3:00pm (closed Tuesday's). Jade Garden offers a full bar. While looking over the menu, I sipped on a glass of Chardonnay for $8. We shared an order of BBQ Pork (12pc) for $13.95. My dad ordered the House Special Chow Mein with Shrimp for $22.95. My daughter ordered hot pot Shrimp with Vermicelli & Vegetables for $21. I ordered Kung Pao Prawns for $21. We all shared an order of Sauteed Dried String Beans for $16.95. Portions seemed small, especially the Chow Mein and Green Beans compared to other Chinese restaurants. Food was good. Staff was friendly. I plan on take-out the next time. The entirely empty and quiet restaurant felt extremely awkward and uncomfortable to me. The dark lounge was odd. I literally had to check the time to ensure we didn't arrive at closing time, which indeed we did not. I would recommend at the very minimum to play some background music at a low volume.

It is their specialty and they do it well, from the skin to the fillings. In my opinion, they are much better than dough zone. However, their pot stickers, steamed, and boiled ones, are all the same type, so be aware not to order too many dumplings, mix in some noodle or pancakes dishes to avoid one note. My only complaint to the menu is they don't offer much wide veggie dishes. The only thing is the cucumber salad, which is only a ok dish.

Came here with my best friends and their 2 year old son. We were warmly greeted by the cook who was serving and doing all of the front of house duties. He made us feel at home and catered to my nephew. We ordered the house special fried rice, chow mein, general chicken, kung pao trio and wonton soup. All were very good. Nothing that blew our socks off but definitely better than the average. At first glance, we thought the food was going to be bland but it was flavorful. Definitely shouldn't have judged from the start. Throughout our dinner we notice the cook treating every single guest like family and was so kind to so many walks of life. He would check on us often and made us feel important. We were there for maybe an hour but in that hour we understood why so many ppl came to this place and why it's still in business. The food is 4/5 but everything else was 5/5 and I would definitely come back. I appreciate how they treated us and others and I hope that people continue to support this restaurant.
