Just wanted to add another review for Ed's amazing customer service. He is truly dedicated to his clients and continues to go above and beyond for them even after the initial installation. I broke one of my pins in my charging port in my Tesla and I had it replaced by Tesla, but it still was not charging properly at home. Whenever I would plug in at home I would get the message "charger not fully latched" and it would make this clicking sound and take around 10-11 hours for a full charge up to 80% when it usually would not take more than 4 hours to charge. I've taken my Tesla into the Fremont service center about 8 times, but they couldn't figure out why it wasn't charging at home. I've tried numerous times to get Tesla to do a mobile service and their customer service was HORRIBLE. It was frustrating because they kept changing my mobile service request to their Fremont service center. My last resort was reaching out to ed and getting his advice on my situation. He also recommended that I reach out to Tesla charger support, but when I did the same issue happened again where they would change my mobile service and wouldnt send anyone out. Even though my charger was installed by ed 11 months ago, he still took the time to come out and replace my charger for me so I didn't have to continue not being able to charge at home and dealing with Tesla charger support. I'm located in San Jose which is wayyy out of the way for him since he doesn't service San Jose anymore and that just shows how truly dedicated he is to his clients!!! Working with EV Charging Solutions was such an easy process. I had a charger that needed to be put over 85ft away from the panel. They ran the wiring inside the crawl space to the targeted location, down the inside of the wall so that no wires or conduit could be seen at all. It was such a clean install, you couldn't tell anyone had even been there aside from the actual charger on the wall.
