Ruined my birthday event!!!! So for starters this company is obviously not size inclusive, so females if your not a size 10 or less don't waste your time. we requested a 15 passenger vehicle( which would mean that in case of an emergency everyone should have a seatbelt) not the case....we received a 10 passenger vehicle and was told that it is to fit 15 "AVERAGE Size" people.... make this make sense please. To top it off not only were we given the wrong size vehicle the air conditioner didnt work, we had to stop on our way to the event so the door could be open to allow us air. At this point we are frustrated. Fast foward to the end of the night the bus was swapped out our group got separated it took about 30+ mins to find the bus the whole time the driver was ready to leave the people who were lost.
