This was extremely confusing because we never canceled the ride, in fact, we were already in the car on our way to the airport. She instructed the driver to pull over, leaving us stranded on the side of the road for about 10 minutes while the issue was sorted out. During that time, she was incredibly rude and told me that if I did not pay, we would have to get out of the vehicle. I had already paid for the ride and had not received any refund, so there was no reason I should have been asked to pay again. After making us wait, she finally called back and confirmed that our payment had been received and instructed the driver to continue. What made the situation so frustrating was not the confusion itself, but the way it was handled. A simple explanation and a respectful attitude would have gone a long way. Instead, she was confrontational and raised her voice, which only escalated the situation. To make matters worse, there was no apology once the mistake was resolved. She simply hung up. The driver was professional and did a great job throughout the ordeal, but the dispatcher's behavior and lack of customer service left a very negative impression. We were fortunate not to miss our flight, but based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
