They are friendly, but any customer service past that is lacking.

The first seemed reasonable, the second unreasonable. I called Adrian (the owner) to find out which estimate was correct and he was incredibly disrespectful and rude. He didn't seem at all interested in even understanding, let alone solving, the problem. He literally refused to even have a conversation, he just refused to do the project at all. I really would have liked some actual service to review, but the company refused me service because I dared to ask a question. Unbelievable.
