Never thought I would be taking time out of my day to go online and find ways to compliment a towing company. In the last two days, my husband and I have needed to deal with 4 tow trucks. Each time going through my insurance. 2 out of the 4 scheduled towing companies were Evans Towing. 1 we found out wasn't even in business (Quality Towing Service LLC) but somehow still takes insurance requests, so we waited in a parking lot for 2hrs for nothing. The replacement towing company (Eagle Eye 4 Towing LLC) took twice at long as they said and the driver came in a trashed truck, smelled of marijuana, looked like he just woke up, and expressed his irritation for having to drive our vehicle 25minutes to our home. Yesterday afternoon Evan's Towing picked up my car and the man who came (in the picture-didn't catch his name) was SO friendly, polite, came in a beautiful truck, listened to my concerns to consider them when moving the vehicle, was a pleasure to talk to while he worked, was professional, funny....such a good representation for Evan's Towing. The driver got here 15 minutes after I contacted my insurance! Outstanding! This morning we needed to tow my husbands truck to the dealership. I was excited to see that my insurance had dispatched Evan's Towing again. And just like yesterday, someone was here is 15minutes and delivered just as amazing service. Even making sure to ask who he should deliver the keys to. I did ask the drivers name today and it was Evan! I was happy to express my gratitude and compliment the wonderful company he is running. Great work, and way to give tow companies a good image! Evan's Towing will always have our business and I will be sure to refer anyone needing a tow. To the owner: I did submit a report to my insurance that is being escalated, in hopes to remove the other companies from their dispatch list so more customers can come your way and enjoy the experience my family has had with you. This company is extraordinary, and I wish they could be assigned to me every time I use roadside assistance. They are truly a cut above other services I've had over the decades. Out of the many times I've used my roadside assist, this company has been assigned to me twice, and both experiences were exceptional. On both occasions, they were professional, skilled, communicative, and kept me updated from the moment they were dispatched to me. I don't know if it was coincidence, but both times they also arrived remarkably fast--even during rush-hour traffic. The first time, my vehicle had been involved in an accident, and the impact had forced my front wheels completely to the right, leaving them unable to roll or turn. Getting the car onto the tow truck required considerable skill. I don't remember the technician's name, but I do remember him mentioning threlatively new to the company and was receiving step-by-step guidance from his supervisor, whom he described as highly skilled. Together, they got the job done safely and professionally. The second time, I was embarrassed to find myself stranded after running out of gas. I was alone in an industrial area that had just closed for the evening, and the temperature was well over 100 degrees. Evans Towing called me immediately after receiving the dispatch and let me know a driver in the area had already been sent. I had just started explaining my concern that it was over 100° outside and other companies sometimes say they'll be there "soon" but can take 45-90 minutes to arrive, when their tow truck pulled into the lot. I was incredibly reliev and so grateful. I know this is a long review, but exceptional service deserves recognition. Evans Towing has earned my trust, and I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, communication, skill, and responsiveness. Evan was great, he arrived on time (within 10 minutes) ready to tow my vehicle for repair. He asked me about the issue and why I needed a tow. I told him the car would not start and I gave him a few details. He then rocked my vehicle from side-to-side, turned on the ignition key and the vehicle started (I was AMAZED). He said there was probably debris around the fuel pump and the "shake" probably shifted this obstruction. So, with that said I didn't need a tow, he had precluded my need for a tow and his towing fee (who does that ...Evan). I did call several other towing services, either their rates were higher or voice-mail. Evan is great, nice personality, friendly, honest. I would call him again if needed, HIGHLY recommended. I needed my F350 Super Duty long transported the same day to a nearby repair shop. I called several towing services. One towing service was recommended by the repair show but his flatbed was down for service. I called another area towing service but it seems they were trying to retire with there exorbitant fees. My truck only need to go five miles. Talked with Evan's. Fee's were very responsible for my size vehicle/pickup. They said they could be onsite within an hour or so same day. They showed up when they said they would and hookup was painless. All went very well, reasonable service and great service. Driver was polite and did a great job. Thank you. read more

Small miracle today with Vince from Evans Towing. Our tire all of a sudden came off the axel and left us half way in the intersection. not even two minutes later Vince came through the intersection and immediately stopped on the side of the road, got out and asked if we needed help. He was so professional and got our car out quickly and safely. The whole process only lasted about twenty minutes (huge blessing in the heat). He then took it to the exact location we needed. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Evan's Towing and Recovery LLC. The driver who towed my son's pickup truck to our home in Queen Creek was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. As soon as he got out of the tow truck, he started using foul language, including the F-word, in front of us and on our property. His behavior was so inappropriate and aggressive that we were close to calling the police. I even recorded a video as proof of his conduct. No customer should ever be treated this way. I strongly do not recommend this company due to the driver's unacceptable behavior. read more

He then asked me what is wrong with the Suburban and I told him, he actually fixed the Suburban enough to get me to the mechanics shop.
