From every point in the transaction I was met with kind and accommodating staff and above all, respect. The person I initially spoke to, Oscar, placed the order for me. He was super friendly and answered my many questions. While securing the order at the store, Miguel, Sr. wrote down my specifics, Miguel, Jr. helped with pictures through text, and his little brother Geovanny helped deliver and pickup the order. DLB appears to be a very unified locally-run family business and their values are apparent in everything they do. A nice feature they also offer is an array of party packages available which include different quantities of chairs, tables, canopies and jumpers. These package deals take the guesswork out of figuring out how many rental pieces are needed and are offered at a discounted rate, sweet! Miguel was prompt in his text responses and promised pick-up and drop-off times, which made my party planning so much easier and less stressful. The delivered rentals were also very clean and free of apparent marks and stains. (new to Yelp) and his wife for introducing my wife, Erika M. (Yelp Elite), to this HUGE party supply store. Surrounded by many warehouses housing many types of businesses, this party supply warehouse is located in a huge industrial area. Looking at the place from the outside, one would never know that it can be a real life- and money-saver for those looking to find anything and everything for their events. You will find rows upon rows of decorations, balloons, streamers, games, toys, and more, neatly displayed in plastic bins. Note: They do not sell candy of any sort You will also notice boxes and pallets of supplies neatly stacked in metal shelves two stories high.
