We started planning our big day in 2019 for a May 9, 2020 wedding. However, we ended up having to postpone our wedding in March 2020 due to COVID-19. They were so helpful in assisting with the postponement to September 2020 and getting all of our original vendors on board with the new date. Not once did they waiver in helping with this unprecedented situation. They were always by our side. When our original date came, sadness overwhelmed me. We were doing a number of slightly unconventional twists to our wedding and thus were disregarding numerous traditions. Kelly was very enthusiastic about helping us with determining how to integrate nontraditional ideas we had while at the same time, letting us know gently when we shouldn't be messing with certain traditions for the sake of our guests. We purchased the two-day package (rehearsal dinner and day of). She was always punctual, had a smile on her face, but also firm whenever necessary to keep things moving along. A little story of um, irregularity at my wedding (yes, I realized afterwards that I should have probably brought my wedding ring to the ceremony). Kelly came through as the calming presence for everyone and immediately made the correct judgment call to use a substitute ring from my Best Man. I would have had my sister rush back to the hotel for the ring and delayed the start of the ceremony at least another 30 mins which could have been disastrous as it would have impacted all of the remaining schedule and cost us hundreds more in photographer and videographer OT fees. After the wedding, I kept hearing from our guests about all the little things Kelly did throughout the night like personally filling water glasses, reattaching my wife's wedding dress train thingy during the dancing and many more. As a typical guy, I despise the wedding industry and think there is a ridiculous 30% markup for anything just because it has the word "wedding" attached. However, Kelly's coordination service was a wedding service that I would have gladly paid 50% more than I paid.

She also makes your detailed timeline, day-of task list, and checks in with all vendors the week of your wedding, and more. She has even more comprehensive packages where she does even more! On top of all that, her pricing was competitive compared to others in the area, especially for getting such an incredible service.
