Finally got to try Everbowl the other day, but I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. I ordered the Original -- açaí, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and granola. Having worked in customer service myself, I completely understand that everyone has off days. Still, we didn't feel very welcomed, or like the employee wanted to be there. The only moment that felt engaging was when we were prompted to select a tip amount after paying. We had planned to order more, but decided to just get our Everbowl and leave. The açaí itself was good, but unfortunately, I don't think we'll be returning.

Went here on a Saturday and the place was pumping. Every seat in the establishment was taken and many were standing around the front, waiting for their items to be made. If you take a seat towards the entrance of the shop, the sun gets pretty warm there. Make your way towards the back of the shop, which is where you order. The front is where you pick-up your orders once complete. My first time here, and I asked the gentleman taking my order if there were any bananas in the base of the acai and if there were any nuts in the granola. He didn't know those answers and had to ask a few of his co-workers. When he came back, he sounded very unsure, and yet I still proceeded at my own risk. Luckily, I had no allergic reactions, but it was very unsettling to know that he didn't know what was in the products that he was selling. When I got my bowl, there were bananas on top, to which I kindly had to ask them to remake (because I'm allergic to bananas). Thus, it took a little bit to get my order remade, as it looks like they put it to the back of the orders, to get the other orders out first, to then remake my order. When I got the correct order, the strawberries on top were overripe and mushy, to which I eventually scraped off and threw away. And the remaining contents of the bowl, just didn't live up to the hype. I personally don't know if I'll be back again, but they were really busy, so perhaps I just had an off-experience this day.

You can get a free bowl when you sign up with their rewards program. I redeemed mine for the Blue Lagoon bowl, which was absolutely delicious. It's healthy, light, aesthetic, and flavorful but not too sweet. I'm glad I got it for free because the bowls are a bit pricey for me to buy regularly, but they're packed with nutritious ingredients--so you're also paying for the health benefits. The store was bustling when I got there, but the turnover time from when I ordered to when I got my bowl was relatively quick. There's plenty of parking spots a few steps away from the store so parking is easy to find. There's only a few small tables inside, so I ended up grabbing my bowl to go.

I came back for a second visit today. The customer service was excellent! The staff took their time helping me and made some suggestions on what she thinks I should try. I tried the mango frozen sips, and the strawberry frozen sips! I loved the mango it was very tasty and it wasn't overly sweet, the frozen sips are made with their vanilla base. Very refreshing and great to cool off on a hot day. I also didn't want an actual bowl but wanted to order their chia pudding. The staff recommended I try it first before ordering it. So I did and it was delicious! I couldn't have been happier with the drinks, pudding, and friendly helpful service! This location is great because they have plenty of parking out front including a 15 minute parking spot to pick up food. The inside was clean and vibrant. Good vibes all around!

After having lunch, we decided to try Everbowl since we wanted something refreshing. They're located in Kamakana Mall in Kapolei. It was a Sunday and the parking lot was busy, but it didn't take long to find a spot close to Everbowl. It also wasn't hard to find with its bold pink colors and sign! Upon entering we quickly seen it was busy as all table were occupied. But as we waited, a couple tables opened up. Ordering was a breeze and our order only took a few minutes for it to be ready! These were our orders: Everbowl, PB Everbowl, and the Perfect Date. We loved them all. The acai consistency was perfect, just how my husband and I like it, and my son actually ate his all! *Accepts card only payments

Located in the Ka Makana mall. Parking right in front. This is a franchise that started in San Diego. Love the cafe vibe here. Down tempo music playing at the right volume to hear it and still talk. What I like about this place are the different options. It's not just an Açaí bar. They have toasts, 8 bowls 5 smoothie options or make your own. Boosts include protein powder, collagen, turmeric and more. I got the berry boost which is a classic açaí with chia pudding and goji berries.The blue lagoon has coconut and blue majic. I am used to açaí that is blended to order which is the only down side to me, I like to know exactly what is in the açaí. The bowls are sorbet based with many options to add on. The granola is puffy and not too sweet which plays well with the sweet sorbet. The staff is very welcoming, makes you want to hang out all day. Do your body a favor and make a stop at Everbowl.

Not your usual bowls... Nothing more than a nice and fresh açaí bowl to start your day and on this Sunday morning I decided to take a drive to Kapolei without any plans then remembered this new biz in Ka Makana Ali'i and I was so excited to give them a try. Everbowl is found in the shopping center but the outer area across from Foodland so there's lots of free parking just steps away which I do absolutely love and more so as I walked in to see nice and bright vibe and the staff is so friendly and welcoming on this early morning run so patient as well with this first timer glancing over their menu. You head to the back to order and you can certainly watch the whole build process right before you eyes and pick up your bowl at the end of the counter where there's all the needed utensils and napkins. Lots of usuals are found here and I do love that they list everything that goes into each item along with the calories and went with the "Berry Boost" in the regular size as it's slightly on the lighter side but really and seriously got me is that besides the usual açaí, bananas, strawberries and blueberries it has Chia Pudding and I've always been a chia pudding lover so you know that was gonna be my favorite child...shhh! It's also topped with goji berries which was kinda hard like a frozen gummy bear but some was crunchy though this whole bowl was Everbowlicious! Thank you!

I have been waiting to come here as we live in Kane'ohe, finally made a trip to Kapolei so we had to make a pit stop. The place is nice and bright, menu easy to read from smoothies, açaí bowls... we got a berry boost bowl and the mango bowl along with a PB smoothie. Everything was so good, perfect for a post beach day.

Oh ma ga! Yea 5 stars for sure. Awesome new refreshing flavors integrated with fresh ingredients then unified with amazingly professional and grateful staff. Haven't came across a place like this in quite some time. Clean new store with a convenient location, perfect stop for after the beach. Items we've tried so far- Mango Magic, PB Cacao Dream, Nanaberry Bliss and Nutty Butty all of which were to die for!

I decided to visit a month after opening to check consistency. When I went it, it was bumpin with people! It was busy, but at least were inside instead of the hot sun. There are only four tables tops and a counter so it can't accommodate huge parties. Service and wait time was much better this time around. Since it was busy, the owner was out trying to help run the register and make things. It's not often you see that so I appreciate it. I ordered the regular full moon and it was delicious! It took about 10 minutes to get it since it was so busy, but it's understandable. I really enjoyed their coco love, it's like crack and I'm not even a coconut person. The bowl was about $12.99 so I think it was fair for the size and taste.

Came here at least a few times and will continue to keep coming back! This is a refreshing take on an acai bowl and really stands out from others offering a completely different variety of bases, toppings and unique additions! My favorite additions are the everoats which are basically over night oats and the chia seeds! Who knew it would be so good on acai! I also love the coco love (coconut base) and the cacao which is chocolate base and the acai base combo! These are def my favorites! It's also conveniently located at Kamakana with lots of parking. There isn't a lot of seats inside so I would suggest enjoying in your car.
