Visited this location for the first time on National Açaí day (April 2026) and was highly impressed by the excellent customer service, cleanliness of the store, and how organized/prepared each staff member was. The quality/temperature of the açaí was way better than other local locations, which is important for consistency and susceptibility of melting. 10/10! read more

Their bowls are usually ok. Not great. The texture and flavor of the acai to me is a bit off. Sweeter than it should be - they changed their acai base from what I liked when they first opened. But I still go occasionally, because it's overpriced and a bit off, but if I squint (with my taste buds) it's still acai and overall good if that's what I'm craving. This location is fine, but it's nothing special. There are some tables and chairs out front (nice to have) that somehow always make me feel like I'm eating in the middle of the parking lot (less ideal). The workers are typically... very young, so customer service is a mixed bag depending on who you get. However, today I was informed that they were out of an ingredient in their "Sunny" signature bowl that I was trying to order because it said it supports Mt Carmel Athletics. I said OK, great - can I get a different ingredient instead? (Because in my mind, if you're out of part of the product that the customer is paying for... you'd get something else added to equal the original amount of product.) I was told I could remove something from a signature bowl, but adding or swapping a different ingredient would make it a custom/ choose-your-own bowl instead. I neither had the energy to nor felt I should have to delve into a conversation about inconsistencies of logic, the concept of getting what you pay for, or the fact that generally speaking this has not previously been the response at other stores in the same situation. So I ended up smiling, saying nevermind, and leaving without a bowl. They won't be losing much money on me since I don't go often, but in future my choice will be easy as I'll just always go next door for OG Golden Spoon froyo instead. read more

Refreshing treat on a hot summer's day. They loaded up my regular whatever bowl. I like the Ube and Guava base summer specials! The cacao nibs offer a nice crunch as well. Service was quick. I usually don't go for açaí bowls even though I love them so much just because the quantity is not justified by the pricing imo. But everbowl is one where I think it's worth!! The bases are so refreshing and yummy and the toppings are top tier. I recommend the cacao and açaí as a base and strawberry, banana and blueberry as topping. You gotta also add the peanut butter because it taste so good it taste different than the regular jar peanut butter. It's basically "healthier" icecream but I don't feel the sugar crash that bad after having it. Service was good and they helped me on deciding what I should get. I told her that I usually buy these and they are filled to the top. She said 'they only allow us to put in a certain amount of scoops and the blue magic base squishes down a lot'. This is the worst service of any Everbowl location - 13215 Black Mountain Rd. Today, September 2nd, around 3:15 PM, a staff member (I don't know her name) was rude and insolent right from the start; she kept pretending not to understand my English (especially when I said "almond butter"). I order acai bowls often, but ever since the prepayment system was introduced, the staff has been skimping more and more on ingredients. I'd noticed this before but hadn't made a big deal out of it. However, today my order included two types of fruit: kiwi and blueberries. She put in LITERALLY five blueberries--and this was for a standard-sized portion! It's simply outrageous. When I asked for more, she suggested I buy an extra serving! And this was after I'd already paid over $14 for the bowl! To my surprise, she insisted that they always use just one scoop--and it's a tiny one. I get this acai bowl all the time and have never encountered this issue before. I was so unhappy with her service that I asked to speak to the manager, but the employee didn't really give a clear answer--she just said she had messaged the manager. How can someone who works with the public behave like that? I will NEVER return to this place, where I have to put up with rude service that I'm paying for myself. read more

Used to love everbowl several years ago before they switched from freshly blended acai to the premade sorbet like bases. Now I only go occasionally as a treat. I am glad that you can now place a gift card order online. I had an order of two customized bowls for my sister and I that were pretty different. They got my sister's order correct but for mine they just put all of her same toppings on my base. So disappointing. The worker was friendly but sadly I didn't notice there was an issue until I was already at home. read more

I thought it was a really cute little build your own "healthy" bowls. I was able to get an oatmeal bowl. I wish the bowls were more mixed in then just having toppings on top. By the time I got to the bottom, it was only just plain oatmeal left. I love the toppings selection. Service was really good. The gentleman helping us was patient and helpful. There is only one employee handling online and in-person orders. I was told that she had to complete the online orders as they come in. So I had to wait over 30 minutes and not one person who ordered online came to pick up their order. In this time, as people came in the employee told them it's a very long wait. They all left. Whoever owns this place is obviously unwilling to have two workers as this is the second time it has happened. Food is great but not worth having to wait over 30 minutes. We eat at this everbowl almost once every day! I love Everbowl and this location is minutes away from me. I've heard mixed things about acai being healthy so I did my research and looked up all the ingredients which are available on the Everbowl website. The acai base has the most added sugar but it's still not bad compared to most processed foods. Blue majic and pitaya bases have very little added sugar so I usually go with those instead of the acai. The service I receive is always top notch! Mari and Lucas in particular are awesome! They always stay so calm and collected when the shop gets busy and they have so many orders. They always remember to greet guests and they always give ample servings of fruit and bases so that it fills the container. However if I was the shop owner I'd staff weekends and mornings with 2 people because the wait can get pretty long. Mari and Lucas hide their stress well so it doesn't affect the service but I always feel bad for them when they're slammed. I recommend paying the extra dollar for unlimited toppings. People usually pay the extra dollar just to swap out a base or get peanut butter but they forget you can get unlimited toppings! It's so worth it! Bee pollen, peanut butter (on top of bases and on top of fruits), cacao nibs and coconut flakes are my favorite toppings. Another hint, sign up for the rewards program! It is so worth it because you accumulate points and get free bowls! Since I come here almost every day I always make sure to put it my phone number and that's why I've refrained from using door dash because I lose my points. Ambiance is nice and the place is always clean. There are only two tables total though and they're always in the shade so sometime I end up walking across the parking lot to Starbucks to sit at a table in the sun. Overall I LOVE Everbowl and will continue to spend my money here because I know it's healthy, it's supporting my local community and I get great service and reward points! I honestly don't love smoothie bowls. Or so I thought. I came here with a friend and was not disappointed at all! I think what made it so good for me was that they have more than just acai as a base. I was able to choose three different bases which kept the bowl interesting in each bite. And don't forget about the toppings! They have a ton to choose from. Reading reviews makes it sound like things were even better "before". This was my one and only visit and I wasn't disappointed. I haven't been rushing back, because I don't crave smoothie bowls, but I'm sure I'll be back around to this location or another one eventually! read more

I'm not an acai bowl expert but I've definitely had my share of acai bowls from various stores. This was my first time trying Everbowl and I was not impressed. I got a bowl with blue magic, acai + PB, and overnight oats topped with pineapple, kiwi, banana and shredded coconut. The acai + PB and blue magic were scooped out from a freezer, not surprised at that, but they were more ice-y so I couldn't really taste the flavors and instead kind of felt like I was just eating shaved ice. The fruits were fairly good but some of the other fruits didn't look very fresh. Maybe it was just this location or just the time I went (Friday afternoon), but I just didn't really enjoy this bowl. read more

COVID-19 review: I got this last week after hiking at Blue Sky Ecological Reserve since it was on the way home and omg I am so glad I did. I shared a customizable bowl with my boyfriend and we got pitaya, coconut water, bananas, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, hemp seeds, bee pollen, chia seeds, cacao nibs and almonds. Two of my friends ordered ahead of me and we got our bowl within five minutes. It wasn't crowded at all, probably three people ahead of us. The bowl was delicious and perfect for my boyfriend and I to finish. Both of my friends only ate half of theirs and brought the rest home. It was $9 for my bowl and is a bit expensive but you're paying for fresh fruits and quality ingredients. Fruits overall is expensive and it is quite a bit of work to make your own acai bowl with all the toppings I mentioned so I felt it was reasonable especially when the bowl can be shared between two people. They have a table at the door where you order and pay. The place seemed very clean, everybody had gloves and masks on. You can see them constantly wiping things down. Very fast service, didn't miss a beat with all the changes. Overall, this was a super refreshing treat on a sunny day and especially after a hike. All ingredient seemed fresh!
