Came here to write a scathing review due to my experience here, but I took a beat, calmed down and will provide constructive criticism :) Was super to find group since it feels like they aren't as common as they used to be. Came here, lots of flavor options and clean bright shop so it looked amazing. Was my first time here so if they have a sample cups. And WOW was I met with immediate distain by the employee behind the counter. I was so embarrassed especially since other customers see the uncomfortable situation. I totally understand if you don't want/can't provide samples. Seriously, not a problem I get it. But DONT immediately come at customers with aggression. Gave it 2 stars because it LOOKS like a promising shop but I left so I couldn't tell you how the yogurt is. Just be nice people. read more

Stopped in after my son got a hair cut. We had the entire place to ourselves. It is clean, bright and cool. It was a warm day so it was perfect. The place is comfortable and spacious. The owner was friendly and patient. Lots of choices for yogurt as well as toppings. Never a bad decision. I'll be back for sure. Thanks for making my kids happy without breaking my wallet. This place is self serve with so many flavors of froyo to choose from and a bunch of toppings! You pay 75 cents an ounce and there's a couple tables inside. I tried the classic tart flavor and the mango tart flavors, both of which were super tasty. They also have a dole whip pineapple flavor! I love this place. The flavors are consistently great and creamy. There are so many toppings! And all the cheap people complaining about no samples need to shut up. I'm actually glad they don't, because it's more sanitary, is it really the end of the world if you can't sample vanilla or chocolate or cookies n cream etc.? You can't sample a Frappuccino at Starbucks, you can't sample vanilla/chocolate at McDonald's, you can't sample shakes at in n out, and no sampling at SomiSomi so what is the difference? Is it only that the cheap customers want to get full from samples? I suggest all the Karen's relax and enjoy some good frozen yogurt! read more

Yogurt Heaven isn't too bad, it's clean and the toppings are well organized. The dole whip froyo is surprisingly one of the better recipes compared to other places tho! The only downside is that this place does not offer any samples. Overall the service was good, place was nice and froyo wasn't too bad! read more

Had a ridiculously powerful craving for frozen yogurt that brought me to Yogurt Heaven. I have actually passed by a lot and was meaning to give it a try. I think deep down I am always going to be put off about self serve anything. I really have no idea why. After all, places like Yogurt Heaven allow you to pretty much get what you want and the way you want it. Maybe it's the complainer in me. You can't really complain about a frozen yogurt you yourself put together! You can hardly complain about service if you are the server! Hmmm... Ok, so they have a lot of flavors and basically you grab a cup and go to town. They also have a lot of toppings. I don't like toppings. I am just here from the froyo! I decided on some chocolate brownie fudge (tasted like a chocolate flavor not sure why they had to doll it up with all those extra descriptors) and coffee (tasted like a light coffee). Classic flavors that went together very well. The price was about $3.50 which I guess it good? I don't eat a lot of froyo anymore so ... had to go off of ease of getting my yogurt and taste.
