Dropped in for a smoothie. First time at a Robeks. The store was bright and clean. The male associate was very attentive and greeted me as I entered. He gave me a chance to look over the menu board and I decided to order a Pineapple Polar smoothie. With a blend of pineapple, strawberries, pineapple sherbet and papaya juice, it was a refreshing, sweet drink that was satisfying and exactly what I was looking for. There was once a Robeks in Poway over a decade ago and it was gone. Glad to see that it's now back in a new location. This was my first time back. To me, Robeks is more fruity whereas Jamba is creamy. The price was a big shock but that's what happens with inflation. $8 for a small kids cup. I grew up with the classic flavors and got what I remembered, the Hummingbird. Brought me down memory lane. That sour tartness of mangos, strawberries, banana, orange and passion fruit. I finished my cup so quick! The boost are no longer included, it's $1.19 for each. read more

So glad this reopened! New management, nice and clean. Staff was super nice, double checked when we said no banana in our stawnana açaí bowl if that was the base, on top, or neither. Love the staff and the owner! They are always so professional, friendly and respectful. Love that they give you the extra overflow in a mini cup because my daughter gets to enjoy ! First time at this location and I was honestly very impressed! The service was amazing & reason for my yelp review. The location is in a shopping plaza- near CVS- so plenty of parking. Inside is open & very clean but no bathrooms. I was warmly greeted & taken care of by Stanley & Alexis- both of whom frequently checked on me, took my order & provided samples. I so appreciate their generosity & kind hospitality but mostly their great customer service. Within my short time there, I was offered about 3 samples of different smoothies/ drinks. So I really appreciated being able to taste the different drinks. This store definitely earns 5 stars in my book. I even signed up for the rewards because I will surely be back! After going on a hike at Iron Mountain my boyfriend and two roommates and I decided we needed something refreshing and satisfying. We knew we needed a smoothie to re-energize ourself. Off to Robeks it is. I knew I wanted a Passion Fruit Cove smoothie. I just love how they put all my favorite fruits into one. My boyfriend was a bit hungry so he got himself available bowl. He said it was a delicious, it usually is but today he might be extra hungry because of the hike and made the bow even more tasty. His two roommates also got some smoothies and they really enjoyed it as well. It seems this location makes better smoothie than the other Robeks. The staff here is always nice as well. They are always happy to help and makes the smoothies pretty promptly and fast. read more

This place just popped up recently in Poway and it's a nice alternative to Jamba. The place is super clean and the staff is very friendly. It was a little on the pricier side of things but what isn't nowadays. My kids loved the Strawnanna smoothies they got and my wife loved the açaí bowl. We will definitely be coming back. read more

I started going to the Poway location since they are close to my kickboxing studio. I always get the BEST service and the staff has gotten to know me very well. Let's just say, if I order something different they know. I recently tried the avocado toast and it was delicious. In my opinion, I could do without the bacon, but that is me. Ana, the owner, is one of the nicest and hardest workers I've ever met, and she not only keeps her store spotlessly clean, but she leads her excellent team by example and a passion for what she does. She certainly exemplifies pride of ownership and genuinely always wants her customers to have a great experience at her store. Not to mention that anything I've ever ordered there was delicious. Liars. Ordered an evergreen smoothie with a boost and they brought out two evergreen smoothies because the prior customer had also ordered one, albeit without a boost. I asked which one was mine and they pointed to one - I asked if they were sure as it looked like they made both in the same blender and they said yes - so I grabbed it and saw that it had ice in it, when I had specifically asked for no ice. I brought it right back and they then told me that my smoothie was the other smoothie that the other customer was given, so we swapped, but it was clear they weren't sure. The proper thing to do would be to make my drink to my order but they obviously expected me to just take it and leave. Won't be back. read more

Unsatisfied. I came in one morning for an ABC juice, the worker Roldan was making friendly conversation but seemed distracted. My juice came out brown rather than its deep red color. It tasted completely different. Not sure if the veggies went bad or the juicer wasn't clean. Either way, It tasted old and I couldn't take more than 2 sips. read more
