When we complained, the owner responded, "Oh, you want money back?" We asked instead if he could remake it or offer something else, but he said they were out of noodles. He did remove the noodles from our bill. He then said, "You should have told us earlier." But told whom? The front desk was empty and no one was available to speak with during our meal.
