Yesterday, when I bought a part before they closed (at 5:40 pm), it wasn't the right part, and because I came back the next day, they literally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. Now I feel forced to come back and spend the money on that gift card. I spoke with the manager and explained how it was possible to come back the same day if you were already closing; that can't be legal. In my humble opinion, I'm going to take them to court for this. Not refunding my money within 24 hours of purchase is illegal.

I went to this place to get multiple things installed on my car and they screwed up every install…read more I originally went to get a CarPlay radio installed because my car came with an older radio and for the first month the radio worked fine but then started to become very glitchy and almost unusable. When I went looking for the problem I found that they had shimmed the unit in with lottery scratchers and when I went to them for help, everything they told me to do didn't help and they wanted me to pay for a fix. I also went to them for some custom bodywork (this is before the radio went bad) and the work done seemed good at first but the longer I had the car the more problems I found. The paint has started cracking where the work was done and when I brought it up they blamed it on my cars wheels rubbing against the body (which I had made sure wasn't happening) and when I looked on the underside of the work it wasn't even fully connected to the car leaving a nice open hole to the body of the car for it to start rusting. Again they wanted me to pay more for them to fix their mistakes. I also got a "new" battery from them because they claimed my old one was dead. Come to find out they gave me an old dying battery and I paid for it. I would not recommend this place for any work on your car. They will give you the runaround and try to take as much money from you as possible.

I had a lunch date and errands planned so I got there like 3 hours later... The guy, not Pablo tho, rang it in at $29 something. I made a face and said, "$29?" He asked what price I was told, I said, "like $18 something...but he might have been talking about one of the other gauges." BAM! I got it for $19 something. I first thought of Interstate as the only place I'd be able to recycle a half gallon+ of mixed…read morerechargeable & regular household batteries, having done a web search when other places accepted only the rechargeables, & said to trash the others in landfill. It's only when I heard that slow cranking on a couple of cold mornings, & thought of waiting for AAA in the cold, & of the hours that my trickle charger would take to prevent that, I finally was "energized" into finally doing something about my battery problems. I arrived around 1/2 hr before close, explained my situation, & before closing time, I'd had all my dead soldiers taken away, the old battery tested, found seriously wanting (Lord knows how long the previous car owner had that battery- I'd had it & the car for 3+ years, & the guesstimate lifetime is 5ish years), and the new battery put in. Pleasant staff, quick thinking & efficient operation, w/ no upselling pressure; I opted for the 3 year warranty on a new battery vs. the 1 yr, so spent I think $150 vs. $100. I feel I got a fair deal. I truly love getting in the car enroute to work & hearing that thing just turn over as it should, no matter what the temperature is!
