I told him I understand why they're pricing it the way it was but why I thought it wasn't worth the price. He tells me he had over 10 people message them about the car over the weekend. I thought it was funny considering I'm right here trying to make the deal. He asked me out of curiosity, what I would pay to take he car? I gave him my dollar amount under the assumption that some things would be taken care of and he tells me that it should be assumed it was done (over a decade ago) even though there wasn't documentation. Nothing was discussed with me and I did not receive a report about what was "wrong" with my tires replaced in 2022 and brakes replaced in 2023. I also don't appreciate a link for details about my particular service appointment being posted on a global forum for anyone to read, especially while not receiving them myself until my complaint. In addition, in the hour you had my car with no updates to me, the tires were not rotated or pressure checked, as I'd been meaning to do that myself - had the information front and center on my dash to remind myself. The pressure in all were still not equal and were in the same place they were upon dropping off. Fluids were not topped off as I had to fill my empty wiper fluid less than a week after my service. I would have loved the service you promised, but no communication and half the service not done in double the time estimated is why I gave this review.

Since "R" sticker applied, had to pay them $210 extra for have what turned out to be front outer tie rod replaced only on the driver side (not both as mentioned on original rejection), a component which looks to cost under $50 online. Would avoid for state inspection as its possible will be failed and essentially forced to pay for unnecessary services.

They apologized for not answering the phone and wanted to call me back. I don't know any other company that would do that just from a number on a caller ID. I will post again once I have the actual work done on friday morning. Thanks Village Tire for the call back EDIT: I said that I would add to this review once I got the work done. I recommend these guys 100%. I got there right at 8:00am when they opened. I told them what I wanted and the work was done and I was on my way before 9:00am. Very friendly guys and was obvious that they knew what they were doing. When he got the tires off the front, he asked me if I had a shake in my front end where the steering wheel shook. I said yes how did you know. He pointed out that one of the tires had shifted a steel belt and it created a bump in the tire. This bump was causing the shake. The total for 4 good tires plus the mounting and balancing and disposal of the old tires was $277.00. When I left the shaking was gone and the van drove great. Thanks guys for a job well done.
