Scheduling, check-in/out, and their offered courtesy ride to and from. The service was done quickly and they had me back on the road in less time than they estimated. Not exactly the way you want to end your Sunday. I was able to drop the car off with the keys in their after hours box and they got back to me early on Monday with a fair price and turned it around that day. The issue was 2 bad coil backs. They advised me that they could just replace the 2, but they usually fail together, and I would save 3X the labor if we did them now, but there was no pressure. Fast Quality work for a quality price will have me coming back. Jill was really nice too, and Paul was very professional. I will definitely be going back, and I would give them a shot. As for the negative reviews, when was the last time someone gave more than 1 star to someone that towed their car.

Nothing was discussed with me and I did not receive a report about what was "wrong" with my tires replaced in 2022 and brakes replaced in 2023. I also don't appreciate a link for details about my particular service appointment being posted on a global forum for anyone to read, especially while not receiving them myself until my complaint. In addition, in the hour you had my car with no updates to me, the tires were not rotated or pressure checked, as I'd been meaning to do that myself - had the information front and center on my dash to remind myself. The pressure in all were still not equal and were in the same place they were upon dropping off. Fluids were not topped off as I had to fill my empty wiper fluid less than a week after my service. I would have loved the service you promised, but no communication and half the service not done in double the time estimated is why I gave this review.

I am nursing a 14 year old Audi, and these guys keep it running strong. The prices are reasonable, the work is solid and there is more. They finish the job when they say they will finish the job. While you are waiting, there is a clean waiting room with a Keurig coffee machine (if you are into that), but they even drove me to the local Starbucks where I found free wi-fi and could get some work done while they fixed my car. Mike the dispatcher is a no-BS guy who will tell you the good and bad news, schedule your appointment, and get you out of there good as new. These are people you want to go to. Highly recommended.
