The menu says it comes with an Alfredo pasta, but that's a typo. No penne pasta is included. Honestly, it wasn't missed. The potatoe was the best I've had in a long time. No apologies or nothing, just attitude about it. She even went to say the cup was not dirty, it's just not polished. Honey, I know the difference between water spots and a whole lip print still on the rim of the cup. I wouldn't care if it was just water spots but like I said it was a whole lip print still on the rim. She did not need to give attitude about it, all she had to do was get me a new drink. This was my first time here and I will never come back just from this experience alone, and yes I'm telling everyone I know about my experience because they need to know how their staff is. I didn't order attitude with my food and drinks so why give it. Plus they add automatic gratuity onto the bill that's why they give bad service because they know they are getting their tip anyways. Management need to train the staff better because with service like this no one will want to support.

We grabbed seats at the bar and started to settle in--until I saw the sign saying they add a mandatory 20% gratuity to all tabs. That's a big issue for me. If tips are guaranteed, where's the motivation for good service? Unfortunately, that concern proved true. It took a while to get our drinks, and we had to flag the bartender down to order appetizers. I got the cheese sticks and my buddy got the catfish. Both were tasty--no complaints on the food. The biggest downside? It was insanely loud. So loud that my Apple Watch actually alerted me about excessive noise levels. It made it really tough to have a conversation, and we ended up leaving early. Even cashing out took longer than it should have. While it's conveniently close to my new office, I don't see myself coming back. The forced gratuity policy and overwhelming noise make it a one-and-done for me.

The layout was really interesting. One side of the building is dedicated to private karaoke rooms, while the other side is the dining area. They offer karaoke rooms in different sizes (small, medium, and large), all with a 3-hour minimum rental, and they even have a club room that can accommodate up to 60 people for larger parties. It looked like it would be a fun place to celebrate birthdays or have a private group night out. We ordered the Crab Broil, and it was the perfect late-night meal. It comes with potatoes and corn on the cob, and everything arrived piping hot. They offer several sauce choices, but the most popular is the All Mixed Sauce, which combines all three of their signature sauces. The garlic Cajun flavor really stood out--it was rich, buttery, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. If you're looking for something a little more filling, I'd definitely recommend adding a side of noodles. They would soak up all of that amazing sauce. The service was excellent. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Overall, we were so glad we stumbled across this place late at night.
