This is one of the best coffee shops my girl and I have ever been to! She said it's her absolute favorite out of all the ones we've been to in Vegas, and that's high praise because we've been to a million of them here. When we walked in, we really appreciated the simple decor, cleanliness, and chill but kind service from the staff. I ordered the Pandan latte with oat milk, which I have never had a Pandan flavored coffee before, and it was incredible. As a Filipino, I love the showcase of Filipino flavors, which I personally feel still don't get enough attention in the culinary world. Offering Pandan, Calamansi, and Ube in a coffee shop was something I never thought I'd see, but I love it so much. My girl said the cold brew she got was the best she ever drank. We didn't even get to try the food yet, but we already know we're coming back for it and it will be amazing. Keep it up everyone! MABUHAY! read more

This place is so dang cute! I love how calming the atmosphere is. The staff is just as friendly and welcoming. Rose Berry Latte: I was curious about their rose berry latte because it sounded interesting, but I didn't want a particularly flowery flavor in my drink. The employee ended up letting me have a little taste of the syrup base off it, which was surprisingly really good so I ended up ordering it! While the syrup did have a very mild flowery taste to it, it was a lot more subtle when it was actually in the drink. I wish this drink was a tad more sweeter, but that's just how I usually prefer my drinks. Turkey Pesto Sandwich: Ah, so good!! I almost wish I had ordered 2 of these when I was there haha. It had turkey, pesto, basil, spinach, tomato, red onions, & cheese on ciabatta bread. The pesto had just the right amount of flavor without it being too overpowering. It was super filling and definitely worth the price. Breakfast Sando: Not a huge egg fan, but I got this one for my fiancé & he really loved it! It was nice, fluffy, & perfect for a breakfast meal. The breakfast sando is made of Japanese milk bread, sausage, cheddar cheese, egg salad, and remoulade. Seoul Latte: The only thing is that I wish for this drink was that it was little more sweeter! But again, I usually like really sweet drinks so that's just my preference. You can definitely taste the brown sugary flavor in this drink with a milky taste along with it. Evergreen has easily become my favorite coffee spots in town and definitely has cozy vibes. Everyone is always super friendly, and there's even a free little library where you can take a book home and/or leave one for someone else to enjoy! I've ordered most of their specialty drinks. You honestly can't go wrong with any of them. My go-to order is the Uji Matcha Latte and smoked salmon toast. The matcha lattes from Evergreen are the best that I've ever had. I found myself out of creamer last weekend and my husband sweetly picked up a coffee for me as they are down the street and I have wanted to try them. I went on grand opening day! I was really excited for this new local coffee shop to open. I went with a friend. It wasn't too busy, and there were great seating options. Unfortunately, our experience took much longer than expected. Typically when I order a coffee, I expect to receive it in 5 minutes, or 10-15 if its really busy. I ordered a latte flight and green toast. The toast came out first and was delicious. It took about 15-20 minutes to get it after ordering. However, I was frustrated I had nothing to drink while eating it, as most shops will send food out along with the drink. The lattes took another 10 minutes. I saw the employee making it with whole milk (my card said oat milk in big writing) and he brought it over to me. I mentioned I had ordered oat milk and he told me "well if you want oat milk it'll be another 10-15 minutes" as if I was supposed to say "oh yeah ill take it" ??? So that was weird. When I looked on their Instagram I discovered that was actually the owner, so I was surprised by the lack of customer service and how long it took him to make a latte. When I did finally get my lattes, they were pretty good. The vanilla latte with dark moon coffee was by far the winner. For the lattes we were also supposed to receive a tonic water to cleanse our palette, which Lovely told us when she took our order. When I went up one of the employees gave me a dirty look. I just asked for the water. Then the owner told them to give us regular water and not tonic water. Not the biggest deal in the world but also frustrating when both owners aren't on the same page. The "second in command/co-owner (cant recall which title" Lovely came over to apologize to us, which we really appreciated. She had great customer service skills and offered us a free drink when we come in next. Overall I give a 3 because of some customer service issues, and 1 hour of waiting for your entire order at a coffee shop is honestly a first for me. I do want to return in a month or so when some of the growing pains have resolved and will update my review when I return. read more

This is definitely one of my favorite spots. I try to go at least once a week if I can!! The ambiance is super calm and cozy and quite aesthetically pleasing. Make sure to check out their free library too! Their coffee, tea, and even food options are all carefully crafted and created. They always have so many options to choose from and they are even eco friendly by making smaller batches to avoid food waste. Their staff is also so amazing, nice, and incredibly efficient. I've come into the shop sometimes during rush hour and they still manage to get everything out in a timely manner without compromising the quality of the coffee. This is a 5 star coffee spot. The coffee is strong and delicious. They have homemade syrups if you need a little hint of sweet. The baristas are very talented making gorgeous milk creations/art! So maybe my first mistake was trying this place out on a Saturday morning. It was PACKED. There were no tables available inside and the two tables outside were also occupied. I was asked to wait-while there was a growing line in back of me- about ten minutes for the staff to catch up on their orders for the people sitting. So when I finally did order I didn't get the flight which was what I originally wanted because I didn't want to complicate things and wait an eternity for a place to sit or my drinks. Ended up just getting an iced americano with cream and they forgot my cream lol but the staff was nice and apologetic and I loved the free little library. We've been wanting to try this place but it's a 30 minute drive from us. We finally did and wow i wish i went sooner. Everything we had was so delicious. We got two iced strawberry matchas with oatmilk, 1 apple turnover, turkey pesto sandwich, and the strawberry matcha cookie. We loved every single thing we got. I honestly try to avoid getting savory sandwiches from coffee shops/cafes because from past experiences, they tasted mediocre with very little meat or ingredients and they would always cost me $13-16. However, the turkey pesto here was so good. The ingredients were so fresh and they were generous with it. I will definitely reorder it and try their other savory items. The matcha cookie? Obsessed! I always get the matcha cookie from La Colombe when I'm back in LA so i am so happy to have found a good one in Vegas and this one is a winner for me. It has cream cheese and some sort of strawberry filling on the inside. Overall, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I'm all about quality regardless of the price. The matcha was good, just be prepared to pay $8.50 for the strawberry matcha. We got them with oatmilk so it was i believe an extra $1 each, making it $9.50 for one drink. The price is a little steep but again, quality. We spent about $45 for everything. The interior was very pretty. It is a smaller space and tables were filled up pretty quickly. The restrooms were clean and I appreciate that they offer free sanitary products in the restrooms. It was a very thoughtful and nice touch which is wish more places had. The baristas were friendly and our items came in a timely manner. I really love the cafe and their mission statement and just how they operate overall. I wish they were closer to me because it would be my daily cafe. We will be back! read more

Needed to kill some time before my hair appointment so I decided to stop here. It's a cute little shopped tucked in the corner of a little shopping center near Kohls. Great energy and even better menu. If you're looking for a place to get work done, meet with a friend, or just chill and talk to random people, this is your spot! It's beautifully designed, great mid-mod furniture with fabulous attention to detail. Menu is a big deal for me. Some coffee shops don't have a great kitchen menu, some have too many options, this place was just right! They even have gluten-free options which is a must for my family. I don't drink coffee, but I love my teas. So the fact that they respect tea enough to actually brew loose leaf and have a great selection was a big win. I had a cup of sencha. The cafe is soooo cute inside. Very comfortable, welcoming, and open atmosphere. The staff working today (11/30/22 @0740) were so darn kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! They explained what the different signature lattes were and how they might taste, were very insightful with their recommendations! Evergreen coffee is doing a lot to be an ethical cafe, with compostable/recycled materials, and energy efficient espresso machines. Inside the gender neutral bathroom was a small sign explaining that they pay fair wages, paid lunches, etc. Evergreen coffee is an all around great experience for coffee, everything tasted amazing, and you feel good knowing that you're trying to consume a little more responsibly :) read more
