This is a new coffee shop in Henderson that's kind of hidden. You'll find them off 215 and Valle Verde, near Kohl's and next to SmileCity Dental. Upon entering, the space feels bright, inviting and cozy. Inside resembles of a nice home, there's a dining room area, a living room couch with coffee table, fresh ornamental plants, and a shelf full of free books to enjoy and read. Menu offers a quality selection of espresso, coffee, specialty latte and tea. They also have salad, toast, sandwiches, and a small assortment of sweets and pastries. I opted for the Evergreen Flight ($15) where you get a set of three personalized beverage of any espresso drink, coffee or latte. Milk alternatives (+$1) are available for oat milk and unsweetened almond. I did an iced latte espresso flight of orange latte which is good, spiced honey latte is my favorite, and soy sauce latte is unique and similar to a salted caramel latte. I also tried Masala Chai Latte ($5.50) served hot and I love it! This yummy beverage is rich, aromatic, calming and very soothing. As for food delights, the Summer Peach Salad ($12) is pretty good. It has a generous serving of sweet peach, chunks of burrata cheese, prosciutto, and spinach tossed in a light balsamic dressing. I love their Turkey Pesto Sandwich ($11.25) in crisp ciabatta bread, it's very filling and delicious! And the molten chocolate Lava Cake ($11) is delightfully yummy, served hot and topped with sweet vanilla ice cream. Overall, wonderful service and amazing hospitality by Cindy, she is so polite and welcoming and made sure everything on my order was good. Lucas made my flight drink and it was fabulous, and Lovely is one of the friendly owner who's personable and made time for conversations. This is a really great coffee shop that has a relaxing atmosphere and plays good music. Definitely will be returning for their house-made danish, they top it with real fruit! read more

This café is very adorable! They have seasonal drinks and pastries alongside their standard menu. I think my drink was called the cookie butter latte, which is one of their seasonal drinks. It was absolutely delicious! They also have assorted pastries, both savory and sweet. Their shop is on the smaller side and there isn't too much seating, but they do have a few additional tables set up outside. The service was also very friendly. I really like the aesthetics of Evergreen Coffee and the service is always prompt. If I were one who sits in coffee shops and just chills or works for a bit, I would love this place, though it is a bit small. Though I still have to try their pastries, I did have their green tea. It was good but far too expensive for an unsweetened, iced tea. I forget the price but I was almost shocked at how much it was for how little I got. I understand when pastries and coffee are a bit pricey and I know certain teas can be pricey as well, it just seemed a bit over the top for me. Selling and brewing coffees from my two favorite local roasters - Vesta & Yaw So glad to have this spot opened up close to work. My daughter and I shared a latte flight and Orange absolutely stood out for me. I really appreciate that the flavoring and sweetness wasn't overpowering and I could still taste and appreciate the Yaw beans. I returned a couple days after our first visit to try the orange latte iced. So yum & looking forward to returning. :) Lucas and Lovely helped with my orders and definitely felt the care when being helped at both visits. -- I also just wanted to add that I have no affiliation with the business but find it appalling that anyone would leave the negative reviews below in regards to their grand opening event. When opening a brand new business there will be lots of learning curves and it's okay to not be perfect right out of the gate. You all are doing wonderfully and you'll continue to do great because some of the best customers will never make their way to Yelp - they'll make their way to your shop for good coffee and treats. Grand opening day was not that grand. I had been following Evergreen on IG for awhile, watching as they kept us updated on new and exciting things to come once they opened. I was so excited. Sadly, the grand opening didn't hold up to the IG standard. It was a pretty big let down. I don't recall ever having to wait more than 15-20 min for coffee to arrive, esp a flight that only consists of 3 small cups unless the establishment is jam packed w/ customers and this spot was not. There were about 3 other tables occupied at the time I arrived and 1 of the tables already had their food/coffee. I didn't mind waiting since I was w/ a friend but I waited a full hour before I got my food and coffee which was excessive. My friend and I were debating between two different toast options they had. She went with the green toast and I went w/ the hummus toast. I ordered about 2 seconds after her. Her toast took about 20 minutes to come out which was odd since it was toast w/ avocado. Mine took another 10 min after hers came out (30 min total). Boy was that a disappointment. Please see photos of my toast for reference. It was literally a huge piece of bread with a thin layer of hummus and the zuchinni was about 1 inch long and paper thin. I was so bummed. How did my friend's toast look amazing and delicious and mine just looked like they grabbed a left over piece of zuchinni and plopped it on a ciabatta bun and hid it under a grip of micro greens and called it a day. I did ask to swap my choice for the green toast which Lovely was kind enough to do for me. However, it took another 20 min to get that. Meanwhile I still hadn't received my flight of iced coffee at this point. (50 min) I watched as the barista made my friend's flight w/ whole milk and thought that couldn't be for her. Sure enough he brought it out for her and when she mentioned she asked for oat milk he acted like she still should have taken it. He looked defeated honestly. We looked him up and realized he is the owner which is odd because it really looks like he had no clue how to use the espresso machine which seems to me why it was taking so long to make the coffee. I've never in my entire life waited 1 full hour to receive my flight of coffee. On a typical busy, over packed day it wouldn't take more than 20 min. We were told we were supposed to get tonic water to cleanse the palette - that never arrived and when my friend went to ask there was a girl behind the counter who didn't say a word and just gave the nastiest look and then we overheard the owner say to just take us regular water and not tonic water. Which w/e but pretty bad customer service on their part. All in all it wasn't terrible since we were together and we know it was a grand opening. Lovely was so kind to take care of us and check up on us. she even gave us a complimentary drink for the delay for the next time we come in. I am hoping that after a month they get used to their espresso machine and don't take long. I will also say they should work on the hummus bread they are offering. Of everything I saw come out this was the only thing that seemed to be a huge disappointment. read more

How have I been here so many times and yet not reviewed them? Evergreen is the first coffee shop in Vegas to be multi roaster, and you can tell they really know their coffee. Everything has been meticulously crafted, from the home made sauce and syrups to the amazing pastries. I came about two weeks ago for the first time and I was so overwhelmed with how delicious everything was, and how friendly the staff was. Evergreen is a small but lovely coffee shop; it's clean, air-conditioned, well-lit by natural lighting from the windows, and decorated by a walnut book shelf adorned with plants and books. I'm not sure about the availability of outlets, but there were several seats and surfaces available for working. The baristas here are very friendly. My boyfriend and I waited outside for our order since we didn't want to cause any foot traffic, yet one of the baristas came out to deliver one of our drinks. Since they were busy, we felt so bad! We waited inside for the other. [Strawberry Latte (Seasonal)]: I'm not well-versed in coffee, but I appreciated that it was not at all bitter or astringent--nor too milky or watery. The strawberry note was clear, but it didn't overwhelm the coffee aspect of the latte. [Strawberry Matcha Latte, sub to Oat Milk (Seasonal)]: Their strawberry sauce was the highlight for me. It tasted fresh, yet concentrated as if they used a combination of fresh and freeze-dried strawberries. It packs a punch with just a sip. It paired really well with the matcha they decided to use (ceremonial, bright, earthy, slightly bitter, not astringent) and ended up being just right for me in terms of sweetness vs. matcha. Their strawberry matcha latte is the best I've ever had, trumping other places I've had one at such as Camellia Road, Brew Tea Bar, Rikka Fikka and Boba Guys. Ok, my first time at Evergreen Coffee but certainly will not be my last. The space is bright and airy with a sophisticated but soothing atmosphere. Service was very friendly. An all around chill vibe that I really enjoyed, There is a cute set up for sweeteners and ice water is available with real glasses. Coffee is served in beautiful ceramic mugs as well as my cookie was served on a matching ceramic plate. Both were very good. A great place to do some work as well. I noticed along the floor there was a whole strip of outlets. This would be a great place to meet friends and hang out. I cannot say enough about this amazing place! After a few visits I was obsessed and ended up using Evergreen to cater the bridal suite at my wedding. Perfect little addition to Henderson! I frequent coffee shops and was excited to see Evergreen pop up close to me. The decor is super inviting, parking is easy, and the menu options are great. Plenty to choose from drink and food wise which makes it a great spot for breakfast or lunch. I came here for the first time with the hope of getting some work done and I was happy to find plenty of sockets and great natural lighting. I got a 20oz vanilla latte with oat, the avocado (green?) toast with a poached egg, and a danish. Everything was really good! I love that their drinks are coffee forward. Toast took a little while but that was fine by me and it was worth the wait. Overall, I think some of these negative reviews are a bit harsh. This is a small business that literally just opened. On top of that, quality food and drink takes time. Waiting 10-20 minutes isn't unreasonable, and judging service based on a grand opening isn't really representative of a business on a normal day. First time exploring the outskirts of vegas other than being down in the strip and this place was amazing! The ambience in the early morning was chill, relaxing, and had such great conversations. I've seen this shop on my way turning into Kohl's, but never stopped in. I'm glad I was able to try Evergreen coffee. I should have looked more closely at the pic's before I went in. I saw the cookie's when I walked in, and already had it in my mind to get a cookie, but I ended up with 2 cookies. While there I was looking at the yelp pic's OMG, they have food too! Not alot, but what I would like for breakfast. I got the green toast. The presentation, was great, and I loved it! I forgot to take a pic of my drink, but it was amazing, it was a cold latte. I don't like sweet coffee drinks for the most part, this was just enough. And the cookie, lets just say, I'm glad I got the second one. That cookie was amazing. And everyone in here is so sweet, there tone of there voices are so soft. You just want to be nice back to them! I think I need to go in here, just to get a dose of that! Literally the best. Ok, so not only is the coffee here the best I've found in Henderson, their tea is out of this world good, perhaps the best I've ever had from an establishment that wasn't primarily a tea shop. They really understand the nuance of brewing tea, from the temperature of the water to the steeping time, to how to properly whisk matcha, and they use really really high quality leaves. I'm so impressed. I can't speak for their pastries yet, but their savories are incredible- the green toast is so craveable. Furthermore, the staff here are so pleasant and accommodating. I truly can't wait to return. I went to work on a school project and was able to find a cozy little table by the window and order some orange toast with a Honey latte. The staff was very friendly, and the owner was very welcoming and talkative with customers. She knew my name by the time I left and addresses me as so. This is how you build clientele! The food was SO DELICIOUS. The pairing of the crispy sourdough with the juicy oranges and blueberries along with the salty prosciutto... umami baby. Cannot wait to try something else my next visit. Finally tried this place and I think I've found one of my go-to coffee shops! The place is a bit small, but it's very well kept and has good seating. I enjoyed my soy sauce caramel latte and could definitely taste the smoky umami from the soy but was missing a little sweetness and caramel flavor. I found their prices a little high (additional charges for flavor and non-dairy milks) but understandable given they are homemade syrups. They also have a precious free little library!
