They are upfront about treatments (if needed) and don't seem to push unnecessary procedures (I've heard horror stories) Plenty of options for appointments and had no problem rescheduling the one time we needed too. Able to fill out all the paperwork in advance in case a family member/nanny needs to bring them. The only thing I dislike is the wait time before appointments (usually around 20 min), and the fact they take the older children back alone. This is a fairly new practice and if we had been new I don't think we would have stayed. But because I trust the staff we continue to come here.

Office staff needs to be more transparent. This was a highly unprofessional way to handle the situation, and it left us feeling dismissed and disrespected.
