I recently changed from carpet to hardwood flooring for two bedrooms through evergreen hardwood floors. They were very quick to respond, found us a closely matching flooring to existing ones, and installed them within the week of inquiry, so that we could have these done before moving in. Pricing was competitive and the whole process was managed seamlessly. The only one thing is that they left the baseboards a little dirty and damaged in our new house. When I contacted them about it, they explained that repainting and polishing of the baseboards was not included, to my surprise! They were kind enough to deduct the repainting costs from our bill, so it worked out in the end. read more

These guys are just awesome! We wanted to remove our 10 year old laminate flooring and go with the latest SPC flooring. They gave us a quote and even price matched! They were able to have the floors done with our furniture in our 820 foot condo within 3 days with 2 guys. They were very professional and friendly and we are very pleased with the quality of product and the service they provided. Don't buy your floors from big box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's, instead look for floor scores and go to a specialized flooring company for quality that will last for many many years. I bought some hardwood floors (through my contractor) to replace some damaged areas and unfortunately, even though it was the same manufacturer and colour based on what we ordered previously 3 years ago and the sample at the shop, when it came to installing, it turned out to be a different colour which is due to the manufacturer. So, it meant that I had to restain the floor to get some consistency between the floor, I got multiple vendors to come out to give me a quote and got varying responses including people saying it is not possible and for me to replace the floor completely. Evergreen was pretty fast at responding through yelp and text. They came out and gave me a written quote through email at was very competitive so I accepted that same day. The guys came out within a few days to start the work and worked very efficiently and communicated with us through the process. I had asked them to cover their shoes as we had just cleaned the house so appreciate them accommodating. Job was completed within a couple of days and was done at a high standard. He quickly realized that we were looking for lighter colors, and gathered several samples and laid them down on the floor. We had our floors done with Evergreen Hardwood Floors after an under concrete leak we experienced. While we got that fixed (that's a whole different story) but we now needed to get our floors redone as the gaping hole in portion of our floors just wasn't going to cut it!! So, after talking to so many flaky businesses, we were really impressed by Evergreen. They were responsive, accommodating, communicated, and above all, very honest in the time it would take, the costs, and most importantly, not oversell. They gave us great options to choose from and we ended up expanding our original concept to re-do the whole downstairs because their costs were reasonable and product was quality. When they came to install, they did a great job and cleaned everything up well. You can tell it was quality work because of the precise cuts made and installed lining up everything just perfectly!
