    Mexican steak
    Kevin T.

Came in on a Saturday for brunch with my mom and had a great experience. The service was excellent, friendly, quick, and made us feel welcome. The food was solid and reasonably priced, definitely good quality for what you get. I ordered the Mexican steak, and it was packed with flavor, definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed brunch. #BrunchVibes #EvergreenEats #FlavorfulBites

    Our order, very hardy meal.

After all these years, this restaurant has been our family's go to for breakfast. As we enter we saw the specials that was on the left side entry. We were greeted and seated. We placed our order, steak Benedict, pork chops, & sausage and egg. All was cooked to perfection. I like this restaurant cause its own by family. Thank you and I recommend.

Glad this place re-opened. I usually go here for breakfast. They have a large selection on the menu and portion size is great. The staff are really friendly and provide great service.

Service by Eric was impeccable if more establishments can provide individuals as Eric. Humble attentive and neat. Emily might be manager another sweet soul. Food hubby enjoyed Hectors special, I enjoyed my chili rellano however beans had a few hard over cooked beans. Overall support community family establishments. We are from Berryessa community however would be back to try other dishes. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Cute homey breakfast spot! Finding parking is not an issue. Service was great and staff was very kind and attentive! I got the mushroom, spinach, and cheese omelette with country potatoes and french toast on the side. The omelette was standard, but a little too oily for my liking. The country potatoes were good, also pretty standard. I enjoyed the french toast and the fact that there were several options for sides (pancakes, toast, french toast). After your meal, you can pay at the front - they accept apple pay which is a plus!

BACK IN BUSINESS Super Friendly Family owned restaurant. Every time you go here, who ever you come in contact with, guaranteed to get a Smile & honest greeting, because I like my job :) Pricing for what you pay is worth it & the portions on the plates are super huge, depending on your appetite, you can share with some one if your not sure what to order & they don't disappoint. Located in a shopping center with lots of parking, sometimes you'll have to walk a little but, that's not an issue. Service is always again super happy they reopened.

This spot is a familiar place for locals, thus its warming when you think of this spot. AMBIANCE: Parking: Plaza parking. You really shouldn't have an issue finding a spot. Seating: Inside seating great for pairs and small/large groups. Vibes: Welcome to Evergreen! It's nothing too flashy, no downtown but a pretty diverse suburban area. The restaurant itself is split into two, a pub and an inn. Nothing too flashy, your usual restaurant with retro designs. You're welcomed with the sounds of the hustle and bustle and customers chatting. Great place if you want to keep things lowkey. FOOD: California Scramble (Recommend) A lovely medley of eggs, broccoli, mushroom, cheese, and hollandaise sauce. A good portion of veggies making it savory and healthy. A side it hash browns gave it some extra comfort. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Awesome! We had Emily (not the owner) as our server and she professional and friendly. TL; DR OVERALL: 4.5 Stars. This place has a special place in my heart and I'm sure for many locals. The food is good, the portions are great, all at a reasonable price. Whenever I'm home, these are comforting spots that makes Evergreen, Evergreen. Thank you to Hector, Emily and the rest of the team for their work! TIPS: *Undecided? Check out the owner's specials or ask the workers

The bacon was very good and the hash browns were crispy. The scrambled egg dish was a bit smaller than the classic egg dishes, but still filling and a good serving. Service was great and attentive. Our server was funny and my water was always filled. The ambiance is nostalgic and no frills. Prices are around $20 for a usual breakfast which is a new norm.

I seen this place in TikTok and decided to give it a try. Some of my kids, my husband and myself went. Service was very fast, our hose was very sweet. A girl was going around all the time offering a coffee refill (maybe like 6 times) we were asked a few times if we needed anything else. Our food portion was very big. I got Emely's special. I like how we got to choose from crepes, toast or pancakes. I of course went for crepes. ( so delicious) everything was very good. I give it a 10/10. This is our new favorite breakfast go to place now

This is our go-to-early Saturday morning (7:30am) breakfast spot. They have a wide variety of options & I've loved everything I've ever ordered! In particular, their Country Breakfast is bomb! It's HUGE & comes with: biscuits & gravy that are delicious! (Hard to find that!) Plus, 3 sausage patties, 3 eggs (any style), & potatoes (hash browns or country potatoes; both of which are good). This is a *must* try! Also, if you enjoy Swedish Pancakes, this is the place for you! They are red. Why? ‍I don't know. It's a little odd, but they're still delicious. Let's not forget the service! It's always on-point. Several folks frequently stop by to offer coffee. Call to ensure open. Previously they were only open on the weekends.

I really enjoyed having breakfast here with my family. The staff was attentive and the food was amazing. It was clean and toddler friendly. Would recommend!!

A handsome building with three distinct areas to settle in, it's easy to find comfort here. The choice mix-tape music with ample offerings from the 80s and 90s especially, help set the mood. And though this is an English pub, the music is not confined to the U.K. The beer selection is great - and international, as well. The Guiness menu on the wall is helpful, but there's even more to explore. Tumer Pils, Stella, et al. And there is a good whiskey menu, too. Trials is also great for food. I recently enjoyed their Pub Burger, which is a hearty plate of 1/2 lb. burger, with bacon, cheese, and the usual veggie accompaniment. The 'chips' are good and plentiful, but I have now tried their beer-battered onion rings -- and those are wonderful. Perfectly crunchy, not greasy, and just salty enough. If you do opt for the salad with any of your dishes, it's deep green and crafted with care. The side salad here is no afterthought. The Shepard's Pie looks great, and apparently is (though my dining companion failed to offer me a bite). Previously, I had enjoyed the falafel plate because sometimes, you just want falafel. Also previously, I tasted the chicken curry dish (hearty and delicious). The Mac n Cheese bites got high marks at our table, though I did not partake. The sausage rolls - classic pub fare - were very good on my first trip here. The cold water is refreshing and welcome. And the Tumer Pils hit the spot. It's all good here. Special mention for Thomas, one of the gents here. Super-likable, with a sly sense of humor, Thomas is a major asset at Trials Pub. Parking is easy -- or just ride-share -- just in case.

I was not totally surprised by the change, and I have driven by multiple times, so I have seen the change from the outside. The interior looks like beautifully decorated bar that serves food. We were lucky that jazz band was still playing and apparently they play every Sunday from 7 PM through 9:30 PM!! They had a number of different beers on top as well as some bottled beers. I really want to come back and eat lunch here!! Sadly, they only had two red wines and no white wines. The red cab I had was tasty and worked fine for the evening, but mainly the live jazz band was my favorite part!! Great environment, good sound system, and amazing live jazz!! Not to mention the one bartender, a young lady who was running the whole joint by herself!! She kept everything clean and organized, and she was very patient with each customer that came up when they wanted to sample different beers! I will definitely be back!!
