Disappointed. 2 months after hiring them to fix my dishwasher it is still not working. They told me two months ago I needed a new part which they had to order and I understood. After weeks of not hearing back, I follow up and they told me the part was on back order. I research the part and it is available for purchase on different sites so I ask if we could just order it from a place that can have it delivered w/in 10 days. They would not do it as they will only purchase from manufacturer. Weeks go by and I follow up again and again I am told they are waiting and no date would be given as to when we would get the part. I am frustrated with the fact that I always had to follow up, I am frustrated that even after my request, they refused to get the part anywhere other than the manufacturer. Sure that would have been ideal to get the part from the manufacturer but who wants to wait months to have a working dishwasher??? We have a 20 year old Thermador oven that stopped heating and broiling and we could not afford to replace the unit (a combo wall oven with warming drawer and microwave) which would have been $3 to 4K to replace.
