The worst experience in customer service I've ever had here. This place has a lot of upside, who doesn't like being tan?! Normally the manager here who is very knowledgeable has a way of giving you clear visuals and what to expect, that was not the case today with this employee. I started back up with iTan after 13 years of not tanning so I was a little intimidated going in being a newbie. Alexia helped me tremendously. She started by taking me for a tour around the salon and showed me all of the beds and spa equipment. She was so knowledgeable! I was so impressed she knew so much about their products and services! I have been going to this tanning salon on and off for quite some time. I am always pleased with the ladies that work there. I want to personally thank Alexis Hull. She is in the Temecula location. I can see why she moved up so fast. She represents your company very well. She remembers names, which make customers feel special. She goes the extra mile. For example, I forgot my ring. First off I've been going to iTan for about 6 months now. I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I'm so inclined to write one now specifically to acknowledge some employee excellence. So far everyone I've spoken to there has been very nice, but one person in particular, Morgin, has been the sweetest and most professional person I've dealt with. Since I started going I was unfamiliar with recreational tanning. Morgin has helped me understand in depth how the tanning process works and steps I should take to keep my tan. Now all of my family/friends notice my glow. She has demonstrated outstanding product knowledge and she is the reason I got a membership, and will remain a happy customer for the future. poor customer service. i asked to try the bed one time before i sign up for a monthly membership. as i worked in tanning salon before and sometimes the basic bed isn't worth it. they denied. i would say if your asking people to sign up for a membership a one time trial would be sufficient to give to potential clients. read more

Unfortunately, I have take my 5 star review down to a 1 due to Bailey that improperly checked me in to a bed that was already occupied and due to something that came up while waiting, I had to raincheck, and let the front desk know I'd be back to tan later. Well, I came back later and "because the computer showed I tanned that day, I couldn't tan again". There was no way to override it. Now I understand all that for FDA purposes, etc but when I called a new location to see if they could override it they said YES we just need to call the other location to confirm you didn't tan today. I said, great! And rushed over to the other location only to hear that Bailey, the same employee who didn't ring it in right stated that I did tan!! Why on earth she would apologize to my face saying she feels badly there's nothing she can do to override it, then turn around and tell a different location that I'm lying is beyond me. I normally wouldn't care this much, but when I have a trip to Mexico in two days and only two chances to tan before that I'm pretty upset as a repeat customer who has invested a lot of $ at this place. I asked to speak w/ a manager, Bailey said the manager wasn't in while I was there in person, then I asked over the phone why she would tell the other location I tanned and she stated because the manager said you did (who wasn't there), (and is welcome to watch the cameras footage). So in other words, the manager doesn't care about good customer service either but prefers to brush off customers instead. read more

Morgin is a crooked assistant mgr. I went in to reactivate my account and she said the card on file could not charge the $7.00 hold fee which I thought was odd since I just charged it at another store moments before. So she had me use another card to add on file with my authorization and she further charged me for the month of June and the $7.00 freeze. I asked her why would she be so crooked to charge my card for a freeze in June if I just reactivated my account today on June1st. Her excuses went on and on and when I asked her to provide me with the corporation contact she said she was not allowed to give a customers there contact. read more

Ok, let me just start by saying that I absolutely love the fact they have the HydroMassage bed (Aqua-jet bed). Its the best part of my visits there, and the #1 reason I go out of my way to go there. That and the beauty angel are amazing for circulation. The beds are always super clean, I've never had to wait, and I go every day! My routine is Aqua jet bed, beauty angel, tanning, then a red light facial. All in a hour or so! Great price for monthly services!! Morgan, Lexi, Sarah, Lucy, (sorry for the names I cant recall) are usually the ones there, have all always been super helpful, You girls are not only awesome, but I've seen how these girls & the girls at the 79 location as well, have handled people who are extremely rude. The location is nice and the staff is really friendly BUT my tans were terribly blotchy. I signed up for a Package and was told if I cancelled by the end of the month, I wouldn't be charged. When I called To cancel I was told I had to come in and that I would still be charged for the following month. Why would I want to keep coming when my tan looked terrible?! Isabel was incredibly helpful and patiently took the time to answer each and every one of those questions. She provided me with a lot of great info on the benefits of each service, recommended complementary products and even gave me helpful tips on how to get the most from each service, even after I left the salon.
