This cute Thai restaurant is located at the corner of 8th and Moyamensing. So convenient to get to by bus 47 as it stops on the corner. There was only one girl at the counter. She was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. There are about 20 seats. Appetizer: crisp shrimp wraps: medium size shrimp, very crunchy with sweet chili dipping sauce. It's ok. Thai glazed chicken wings: 5 wings per serving. Came out super hot. Wait until they cool down a bit so you don't burn your hands and mouth. They are delicious but messy as the glaze is sticky. I recommend bringing wet wipes. Papaya salad: fresh and authentic, not too acidic as it was balanced with sweetness from palm sugar. I asked for it not spicy. It has sliced grape tomatoes and snake beans topped with generous amounts of crushed peanuts. Highly recommend. Drunken noodles: the chicken was flavorful but the beef was a bit tough and very sweet.

Good option if you're in the mood for Thai food. Small corner restaurant with not many tables. Service was friendly and attentive. Started with the chive pancakes, which were perfectly crispy and larger than most I'm used to. The dishes were flavorful and our choice of spice was on point. Drunken noodles was a hit with the noodles feeling well-made, rather than overly saucy/sticky as then can sometimes be. Menu is simple but offers the main things you would expect from such a place.

First things first. the presentation and color of the food will make you drool. We honestly don't just eat with our mouths, but our eyes determine the flavors as well. Now that you've learned a bit of Sensation and Perception 101 that you never asked, let's do an actual food review. Food: Tom yum: i appreciate the flavor, it's strong but not overpowering. They are not cheap with the veggies/seafood - do order Laab salad: another good and strong flavor, but in my opinion needs to have more lettuce. Spring rolls: great crunch and flavor. Unsure if it's homemade, but who cares. Wings: cooked to perfection! You can hear the crunch all the way to Bangkok! BUT....wayyy too sticky, sweet, and sour. Emphasizing on SWEET. Drunken noodles: great presentation, good color, but again...s.w.e.e.t. Pad Thai: i dont wanna sound like a broken record. Lessen the sugar. 6.9/10 - i will be back because I do see a potential. The score would have been elevated if they calmed down with the sucrose.

This place is just recently opened and received pretty good reviews, so I decided to try it out. everything we ordered was tasty with a generous portions, but the flavor was just too sweet for me and my boyfriend. I know Thai food is sweet, but this is another level of sweet. And the coconut noodle soup, it has no flavor and tasted so coconuty. It would have been better if they use rice noodle or glass noodle instead of vermicelli noodle. The ambience is plain, but it looks new and clean. The color of the building looks unattractive in my opinion. Service is good, but it takes awhile for the food to come out. They seem to be more busy with takeout orders. Overall, a decent Thai food with good portion and reasonable price. Tip: Pay in CASH, you'll get 5% off and they also accept Venmo.

This place was full of flavors!! Some of the best that i ever have had. Tasted really authentic but be careful on the spice as medium has a real strong kick! Chicken wings were gas as well! Good service!

Atmosphere: Cute little establishment with intimate settings. Liked the fact that music is not too overpowering and guest can conversate in private. Bathroom is very clean and taken care of, which is a + Service: Quality of service is excellent. Although the host is wearing many hats (waiter, server, busser), she doesn't miss a beat (while answering phone for take out orders). Very attentive to details to what guests needs and plates and utensils are always clean and prepared. Most importantly, food: ok, let's get down to business. Honestly, when this place first open, I wasn't wow-ed. I felt like this is just another Thai Restaurant. But, I keep giving it chances and I see the growth of the food quality, the taste, the consistency, and the wow factor. I can tell you that it's DEFINITELY improved. A LOT. Let's start from the chicken wings, you can really taste the sauce inside and out. It's tangy and balanced. You can also hear the crunch when you bite into it. A perfect Thai chicken wings. Tom Yum soup is perfect for cold weather, and the sour taste was not overpowering. Same consistency with the Beef Pad Thai. However, the sour note of the Thai Papaya Salad was just right, even though it's probably a bit too sour for others, but I think that's how it's supposed to taste. Definitely will be a repeat customer and come back again and again. Wishing this place much success in the future.

food, I saw some reviews while looking for a spot to eat and saw what people were saying. Went to try it myself and dined in, food was amazing. Wings to spring rolls to the DRUNKEN NOODLES! So good and they even made my girlfriend tea, something not even on the menu. A generous thing to do to go the extra step. If you want good Thai food come here. Get the wings too!

We had some oysters, scallops and hamachi crudo, and my friend had the shrimp dumplings which he noted were delicious. The hibiscus spritz was light is refreshing. I think the last time I was at this corner munching on something it was a different place. But, on…read morethe multi-festival Saturday, second of May in the year 2026, I can definitively say that I've now tried the little seafood spot on one of our favorite corners, that we're almost always just passing by to get to Time. First, the friendly, informative service: in an oyster bar with a rotating fresh selection, that's an underrated must. We were seated outside, given a rundown of the menu and "as it's ready" flow of the kitchen. We got a pair of cocktails, the Melonata and a Tequila Julep. I think the Melonata might be my new summer favorite. It looks like Ecto Cooler but doesn't give a distinct feeling of growing diabetes while drinking it. In grown up terms, it was well balanced, not too sour, not too sweet, and deeply herbal, fruity, and refreshing at the same time. The Tequila Julep was a Mint Julep with tequila instead of bourbon. It was good, though it's hard to mess that set of ingredients up. We got a selection of oysters and a shooter. Every oyster was distinct and different. Felt like there were no "different on the menu but same in flavor profile" that you can sometimes run into. This implies it's well curated. I have no idea, because I'm not an expert fishmonger, nor do I know whether that term specifically applies here - case in point. Anyway, I got 2 from Washington State, and another from Cape May. The first WA was large, buttery, and had the satisfying chew of young coconut flesh. Semi sweet. The second was smaller, sharper, and briny as hell - tasted of the ocean. And finally, the Cape May was mild and fresh, a good balance between the two others. It was a perfect little tasting menu that I'd created by just ordering the first three guys off the list. Not sure what selection came with the shooter, but the concoction in the shot glass shooter was bright green and pickly. Glad I got it as a contrast to the classics with what I assumed was red wine vinegar. Besides that, we snacked on salmon avocado toast with the Calabrian Chili Oil. It was also very, very good. Sometimes things are better than the sum of their parts. This is true here, but it's also worth noting that the individual parts - the bread, the smoked salmon, the chili oil, the avocado, the shaved onions - were excellent in their own right. We will be back for sure.

The boil had no flavor tastes like water with the everything seasoning. I actually was disgusted with how bad it was typically corn is my favorite and they found a way to F that up. The broccoli was damn near raw. The mussels were just okay. Crab was pitiful and the shrimp was overcooked. Again no flavor. Even the butter didn't taste right. I wouldn't eat here for FREE. The decor is colorful with a nautical theme. Since there were so many options, I had a hard time deciding what to order. I finally went with one of the seafood combination boils, and chose Combo A, which consisted of half pound snow crab, half pound shrimp with no head, corn, potato, and broccoli. I also added Sausage, which was $1 extra. I was very happy with the Snow Crab, because the legs were nice and thick. I used the cracker tool to get the meat out and it worked pretty well. The crab meat was delightfully tender, flaky, and was full of flavor made even tastier in the buttery garlic sauce. The shrimp had to be peeled, but was quite juicy and succulent. The veggies were fresh, soft, and cooked perfectly. The sausage was wonderfully well seasoned. I also got to try Coconut Shrimp, Hush Puppies, and Sweet Potato Fries. The Coconut Shrimp was lightly breaded, amazingly crispy, with the great taste of coconut. The Hush Puppies were also decent, and satisfyingly crunchy. Sweet potato fries were yummy and addicting. Service was great. Our server was friendly and on top of it, making sure we were taken care of. I was certainly happy with meal. If I return, I would try the Fried Basket of Fried Flounder with Calamari, and Seafood Fried Rice.
