This latest excursion was starkly different from the last time I visited. The sales floor was full of merchandise, employees were readily available for assistance, and the check-out process was smooth sailing. I did need to ask an employee where to find athletic wear as I needed shorts for the gym. Not only did they answer my question, they walked me over to the appropriate area of the store. Most places nowdays simply point to where merchandise is located. Not Cabela's! What a great way to go above and beyond in customer service. I went into this shop to have my chain put back on my bike. They told me the chain was stretched…read moreand needed replacement. Quoted the chain would cost $50 & $50 to install. I felt that this was expensive for a 10 to 15 minute task on my old Giant mountain bike. What a rip off! I got no receipt for the work! The tech said that I would eventually need to replace the shifter set on the bike. I asked if it was okay for a couple weeks or if it needed immediate attention. He said it should be okay without test riding my bike for road worthiness. I started to ride the bike to the grocery store 3 miles away. On tbe way, my 2 shifters completely failed on me. It was over 100° outside and I suffered heatstroke and had to call several friends before I could find a ride home. Why would this idiot technician send me out of his shop without testing my bike's road worthiness? I think that the customer service here was terrible and that they let me leave their shop on an unsafe bike. I do NOT recommend this shop to work on any bike. They have a large sign outside of their shop adververtising that they were a Giant certified dealer and demonstrated to me that they did not know crap about my Giant police mountain bike! I ended up having a bad case of heat stroke thanks to this bike technician's lousy customer service and techical competance. I am going to take my bike back when I can get assistance. With heat stroke I am in no condition to ride it there or walk it there!

With the direction of my company decided to install lights at this location ( my vehicle was NEW , 2022 F-150 with 87 mileages ) I proceeded. On pick up, the vehicle did NOT preform nearly as his examples. His response was I don't has the proper lights on my manufactured truck to get the same results THAT HE SHOWED IT WOULD! Told me to install LEDS. Tf!? After noticing he also installed the wrong light as we discussed, I shrugged it off trying not to care as much. 5 minutes into leaving my radio completely craps OUT! I quickly turn back to have reviewed. They had no idea on where the system was even placed!! After a phone call, they get to the location, nothing was resolved but the removal of the flasher. He swore UP & Down that this has never happened. Told me he has a guy at ford that can look it over to reset the system. That NEVER HAPPENED. Event went as far as telling me there was a recall on my truck... so, I called. It was bullshit. Vehicle had no recalls. Till today, I have a BRAND NEW 2022 truck that has Magee radio issues and even at one point jumped into park for no reason. I believe the issue is a lot greater then I know. With ford having booked appointments, I can't see a dealership and when it can be seen it will take days to diagnose the issue before it can be corrected. Overall, now I have a faulty 2022 vehicle after spending $1,700 for a light system to be installed. The guy should be out of business. My company took a big hit & the confidence my company gave me to handle the set up has now turned into a nightmare. Please, find another location.
