This an excellent local bike shop! In the heart of Downtown Keller. I joined them for their Monday Night ride and the ride leader Aston noticed my seat looked low. He set up me up with a fitting with Ray a few days later. The fitting made a world of difference and I felt like I had a new bike! I had to change saddles a week later and knew it was off just a bit. I stopped in on a ride and Ray spent another few minutes to make sure it was positioned correctly. While the bike business is booming they always seem to make time to answer a question or two or help out when needed. Keep in mind I'm riding a 10 year old bike so I'm not in there throwing money around to get service. It's just what they do. It's great when you find a business that goes the extra mile these days and they do it with a smile and professionalism not always found these days. read more

While we have used this shop multiple times in the past without issue, our most recent experience was unacceptable. We spent over $200 on a new brake system for my 12-year-old son's e-bike, only for it to be returned to us with non-functioning brake lights. The shop failed to mention that the new system would disable this safety feature, and we only discovered the hazard when a friend pointed it out. When we reached out to rectify this, the shop was unwilling to help. Other mechanics have since confirmed the entire system must be replaced again to restore the lights. I am incredibly disappointed that my son's safety was disregarded. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Cold reception,got the vibe they were too busy to care for my bike. They probably have their custom clients who they treat nice.Took 3 days to fix a flat and even after discovering other issues with my bike did not bother the call and ask if I wanted them fixed( they took all my contacts by the way guess as part of procedure) whey I went to pick the bike they start listing the things wrong with the bike and how much more time it will require to fix. They don't care or respect people's time. read more

Not sure why they aren't listed on Yelp... been open over a year inside the Cadence Keller Bike Shop. Excellent Avoca (Ft Worth roaster) coffee, espressos, drip, pour over, you name it! They also sell fresh beans to use at home! Typically roasted just days before you buy them! Small, quiet sitting area with wi-fi for working or just hang at the bar and shoot the breeze with the cool bike mechanic dudes. 10/10 I drink coffee there all the time. read more

Staff and service were awesome! I just purchased a bike and wanted to have them correct the rear wheel and brakes as I was going to take it out for a test ride. They took the time to listen and looked at my bike to properly diagnose. They advised they would do the best they can with a possibility of me leaving at the shop for a next day pickup at the latest. Well, Cadence Cyclery in Keller has a new found and repeat customer now. They understood my needs and over delivered!! Not only did they give me a service estimate of the work orders ahead of them but the staff stated, if I wanted to wait, they could possibly have it corrected in order for me to get my ride in!! came here for a simple inner tube change and I was greeted nonchalantly by the store manager. As I was explaining to him about the inner tube I placed the tire politely on the vinyl counter which was in the bike repair area. The store manager noticably took issue with this immediately and it showed by his body language and tone when I asked him if it was an issue his reply was "well yeah your going to scratch my countertop " very angrily and snarky. this was not my first choice for the repair because they have poor customer service with the maintenance which in turn I found a new shop but they're closed today. So I then removed the tire from the vinyl countertop and decided to take my business elsewhere due to his lack of professionalism. I've bought a bike here and countless accessories and did not feel respected as a returning customer. My wife is Caucasian and we went here together and was treated with the utmost kindness and respect now that I am here by myself I get treated poorly. I stated to the store manager that it was petty and a poor excuse to conduct business that way." His reply was get the F..... out of my store" Had there been a sign saying please don't place items on the counter top. Mind you I had my bike up there I purchased a $70 bike pump made of metal on that countertop I've seen many tires of other customers on that countertop this is the maintenance area. Or he could have said let me grab that tire our counters get banged up I would have acknowledged it. I then asked for the owner and he says well he's my best friend so.... implying that I will not get far with him either. He continues to bait me into a reaction so me as black man could get me out of character.. his Best friend and owner comes in and he says to the store owner well good luck as if I am the problem and he is now the victim. He looks at me and noticed my skin color I asked if we could go somewhere private to speak he declined with well this is as private as it's going to get while his buddy is escalating the situation. I stopped in to talk them about getting some work done on my bike and ask about trails in the area since I'm new to the DFW area. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and the associate I talked to took the time to show me where to find information on trails as well as which ones were good to ride and so forth. It was well beyond what could be expected for someone who wasn't spending money in the store that day. I came back and had them do the work on my bike and they took great care of me. I don't have the nicest bike, it's not the most expensive by any means but they showed me the same respect I'm certain they give the big spenders. They fixed all the issues and went out of their way to make sure the price stayed reasonable. I can't recommend them enough. read more

The guys here took care of an old bike for me and went over and above my expectations. I dropped it off for a tune and a minor repair. There was a problem getting it done, but they made it right. As I was about to start a long important bike workout I heard some strange noises and binding in my rear cassette. Stressed for time, I went to Cadence hoping they could help me. Mike, the mechanic, was EXTREMELY thorough and helpful. He had my noises fixed and explained in detail for me in less time than it takes to brew a good cup of coffee. Brought in an older bike needing tires, brakes and some basic maintenance to be preformed. They were professional, completed the work in a timely manner and the price was fair. Didn't have any of the coffee while I was there, but it smelled great and there were others at the coffee bar that seemed to enjoy what they were drinking.
