I get regular polish on my toes and they last up to a 3-4 weeks, even through the summer days of beach and pool! Today I called and was asked if I could come now as the tech was available right then. She is always meticulous in her work and makes sure I am happy with the color. I made a bad choice initially and she was happy to pivot and allow me to make another choice in color. My only issue is that out of all of the open chairs (Wed morning before 10 am with approximately 7-10 chairs occupied), I was sat next to a girl who was FaceTiming with her parents with no air pods. This girl was rude and inconsiderate speaking so loudly that every customer in the spa was looking at her. Thankfully her service half over when I was seated so I was at least able to enjoy the second half of my service w/o listening to a conversation I had absolutely no interest in. I suggest a no calls w/o earphones for everyone policy. This girl should have been asked to end the call or go outside.

I've been twice now and both times they've given me classic manicured nails. The first time I had been gardening quite a bit so my nails were dry and uneven. The evened every thing out, moisturized my cuticles and buffed my nails until they were a soft pink-no polish, just healthy nails. The second time I went my nails had grown out to the perfect length-they shaped them slightly, took care of my cuticles and chose a neutral polish that played up my hands. I've gotten a number of compliments on how nice my nails look which doesn't happen often with natural nails... so I see this as evidence of the quality of work at AO nails.
