I wouldn't pass on the facials, they are beyond refreshing and I always leave with a wonderful glow. My facial scar revisions are wonderfully blurred away with Dr Sophie's treatments. It's quite amazing actually how each treatment has helped my facial scar tissue significantly. I've also had traptox and underarm Botox done, both of which made a noticeable difference in my upper body comfort and confidence. No pouring sweat, no more intense trapezius pulling my upper back and neck together like a turtle. No more crick in my neck upon waking each morning. After looking for someone for a few years, I took a chance and mentioned my venous lake in my lip and Dr Sophie knew immediately how to correct it by laser. I followed the esthetician's instructions carefully keeping the mask on for seven hours, staying out of the sun, and following all post-care guidelines. I began peeling on the third day, but the peeling was very minimal. In fact, I've had superficial peels in the past that produced stronger results. I was advised that if I had chemical peels before, I might not peel at all or only peel lightly. For context, my last chemical peel was in February of this year, and since then I've avoided active ingredients, using only a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. Once the minimal peeling subsided (mainly on my chin, slightly on my cheeks, and none on my forehead), I noticed no glow, and my hyperpigmentation remained. In fact, my forehead appeared darker. The peel literally did nothing for my skin except worsen some areas. This peel was NOT worth my money, let alone $1,600!! I'm sure the clinic would argue that I need to use the take-home kit for at least a month to see results. If that's the case, it would be far more cost-effective to see a dermatologist for a prescription skin-brightening cream or simply visit Sephora. I would like to add that the esthetician, Erica, was wonderful. This review is not a reflection of her work but rather of the product itself and the price charged for something that produced no results/making skin condition worse. I would also like to add that I broke out and was excessively red, even red a week after, so I had to stop using the take-home products. I do not recommend!

The staff told me I had enough for 7 or 8 facials. I told them to freeze my membership so I could use my points first. They agreed and booked me for 04/26/2025. I showed up today for my appointment and was blindsided. The OWNER herself demanded my credit card info again, and when I reminded her of the call I had with her staff about freezing my membership, she smugly said their "system changed on Monday" and they couldn't see my points anymore. When I pushed back, the owner started changing her story -- suddenly saying, "Oh, you say you called maybe 10 days ago? I think our system changed the previous Monday, the 14th." Total LIE. I just checked my phone -- I called them on the 18th, days after their supposed "system change." They knew what they were doing and still promised me I could use my points. I was furious. I raised my voice because this is flat-out theft. They charged me all year and now refuse to provide the services I paid for. Instead of showing any kind of apology or trying to help, the owner coldly told me they could give me one facial today and that's it. No compassion, no effort to make things right. Just a greedy, heartless attitude. They asked me to leave -- like I was the problem! I plan to call corporate, and if they don't fix this immediately, I will be contacting a lawyer.
