I had been a loyal member of this sauna for almost a year, and my experience ended in a very…read moredisappointing way. When I first joined, the staff themselves would add eucalyptus to the sauna water to create a pleasant aroma. Because that had been their normal practice, I asked if eucalyptus could be added again. Instead, a staff member accidentally added the wrong product, which created a strong burning smell in the sauna. Rather than taking responsibility for their own mistake, they blamed me for what happened and canceled my membership. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself--everyone makes mistakes--but how it was handled. Instead of acknowledging the error and resolving the situation professionally, they chose to blame a loyal customer who had been coming there for nearly a year. I expected much better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this sauna.

Ted also repaired vermiculite damage that occurred due to us not knowing the pool had been drained completely due to a storm causing a large branch to tear the liner after falling on our fence. Excellent work with great follow up, educational materials, and support. Probably the most honest businessman I've encountered since coming to NC. Highly recommend.

The staff at the front desk are super friendly, the locker rooms are spacious and clean, they have a TON of lanes and are never too crowded, and they have a huge tub that is perfect for recovering in. They also have a small gym in the front with cardio and weight machines Perfect location right on the edge of uptown, and at only $45/month, it's a total steal.
