Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

Details, details! Spa sessions are 2 hours here and you rotate through the facilities at your leisure. Men's and Women's locker rooms are available which include a private changing room and a private shower. Guests have access to individual lockers which open with wristbands provided on arrival. The lockers are large enough to store a work tote and shoes. The facilities themselves are impeccably curated from the exposed brick walls upon which the lights from the pools dance (going to be so beautiful at night), textured flooring to prevent slipping, to the gorgeous, elevated lounge furniture. A water station is set up with cups to stay hydrated. Various flavors of kombucha are on tap, which you can enjoy while relaxing in the thermal spa or lounge. He is truly gifted with attention to detail, experience, skill, and integrity with perfect down to the millimeter precision pool liner installation. Ted also repaired vermiculite damage that occurred due to us not knowing the pool had been drained completely due to a storm causing a large branch to tear the liner after falling on our fence. Excellent work with great follow up, educational materials, and support. Probably the most honest businessman I've encountered since coming to NC. Highly recommend.

The staff at the front desk are super friendly, the locker rooms are spacious and clean, they have a TON of lanes and are never too crowded, and they have a huge tub that is perfect for recovering in.
