I had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with Jake Ready and his team! I was trying to…read morepurchase my Tesla here in Oregon and wasn't having the best luck with the service I was receiving locally. I decided to reach out to Jake, an old friend from the Rocklin, California area, and he immediately got me taken care of. Jake helped me get exactly the car I wanted and was always responsive whenever I reached out for an update. The communication and customer service throughout the entire process were top-notch. I typically lease and get a new vehicle about every two years, so I've been through the car-buying process quite a few times. This was, by far, my favorite and easiest car-buying experience. I'll absolutely be recommending Jake and this location to my friends, even if it means making the trip down to California. I absolutely love my Tesla -- one of the best decisions I've made! Huge thank you to Jake Ready and his entire team for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. Phenomenal service from start to finish!

An unlimited number of stars for the car itself, with just a couple of very small glitches. This…read moreis review number 1000. I like to go big for my milestone reviews. Well...... Teslas are amazing Cars. They drive, amazingly quiet. They are among the safest cars on the road The charging is cheaper than gas, no smog checks, no oil changes, no fluids to worry about, they are cheaper to operate than gas cars. The car is basically a rolling computer. They are continuously updating the software, so your car is always improving. If you buy New, it comes with a five-year 50,000 mile warranty, and the battery is guaranteed not to drop below 70% for eight years, or 100,000 miles. I rented one Earlier in the year, and I loved it. They are so easy, and so much fun to drive. I knew I was going to get one, I just had to wait until the numbers were right. I rented one again, recently, , this time with the auto pilot, and that's what finally put me over the top. I was heading into Sacramento from Reno, I passed this place on the freeway, I stopped in to take a look, and that was it. The place is very clean, and everybody who works there is very friendly, and will gladly answer any and all questions you may have.. My advisor was Tommy, and he was nothing but helpful. If I had any questions, I could give him a call, and he would gladly help me out. Buying a Tesla is a bit different. Depending on what model, and options you decide on, everybody pays the same price. The advisors do not work on commission. No haggling, no hard sell. They can make suggestions About add-ons and options, but they do not make one penny off of what you buy. My two rentals were the model 3 sedan, and I also test drove the model Y, which is their compact SUV. The model Y was a fantastic car, but it was a little bit too big for me, so I decided to go with the model 3 I really like the way that sedan sits. You order your car on the Tesla app. You also do all of your paperwork on the app. If you are in the shop, they will l show you the vehicle, arrange a test drive, answer any questions you might have, and when you tell them you are ready to buy, basically, they hand you a tablet, and they will help walk you through the ordering process. These cars are so popular, there is a wait. You put down a $250 deposit, and then you either pay the rest, or arrange financing, when your car gets there. Also, if you are military or a veteran, they knock an extra $500 off the price of the car. I had to wait about three weeks. Well worth the wait. They keep you informed on the app of what the status is on your vehicle. My vehicle finally came, I made an appointment to pick it up, I came in, we finalized all the paperwork, I went over the vehicle completely. They walked me through all of the different settings of the car, I accepted the car, and it's mine. I love it very much. Again, the dealership, especially Tommy, answered any questions I might have. There were a couple of small glitches. The app was telling me that my vehicle was in production, and I wanted to see if they had any other information. I tried to call the dealership, but unfortunately, nobody was available, so I got routed to Tesla support, basically a call center. I asked if they had any further information, and they said "oh yes, your vehicle will be there next week. I hadn't heard anything by next week, so I called back, this time I got the call center, and they said oh, your vehicle will be there by Friday. I didn't get it until almost 2 weeks after I made the First phone call. Please, if you're not sure, don't build up people's hopes by giving them incorrect information, if you don't know for sure. The second small glitch, was I have a special license plate, that waives my DMV registration fee. When I put in my order, I mentioned this, and they asked for paperwork to confirm it. I uploaded it. When I went to pick up the vehicle today, it had never been entered into the system. I had to pay the registration fee, and they said I will get a check back to cover that in about two weeks. I'm going to get my money, it was just a little bit inconvenient. Hey, nobody's perfect, I don't know where the ball got dropped, but hey... it happens. Overall, though, I'm very happy. I love this vehicle. The tech is wonderful, and they are very fun to drive. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I watched a lot of YouTube videos, so I would know what to expect when it got here. Those helped a lot. Even though there were a couple of small glitches, this dealership is awesome. Thank you.
