First off, I have been to evike several times and have always had positive experiences. I want to commend evike with their very helpful and knowledgeable staff- Especially Robert. I went in on a Saturday morning, and because I was one of the first few people there, Robert greeted me at the ticket pull, and took care of me from start to finish. I came in for a few different things which I had in my cart before I showed up, and had fitment/functional questions on a few other things. If you've ever been to evike on a weekend, you know how packed it can get. With all of my questions, and trying things out on my carrier and rifle, not once did I ever feel rushed or that my concerns/questions were unwelcome or unwarranted. If Robert did not know the answer, he made the extra effort to contact a tech to make sure we got the correct answer. All in all- I truly appreciated and enjoyed the experience. I used to run the biggest outdoor shooting range in California, and was pretty impressed upon stepping through their doors into the marvelous world of airsoft. Upon entering, you take a number for assistance. And no matter how long the wait may be, every minute is worth it. They have plenty of toys to drool over while you wait. When my number was called, it was both fate and fortune on my account for the employee that I got to help me. His name was Steven, and for a 21 years old, I was incredibly impressed with his technical knowledge of every item the store had to offer, and most importantly, his wisdom. Because of his excellent service, Evike has earned a loyal customer that will be willing to make the drive just to speak to specialists of Steven's caliber. Came here to purchase a part for my gun, I was able to purchase the part but the bad part was that I was told over the phone that they would be able to put my part on for me, so Jesse helped me out and after about ten minutes he came back and told me that the part would not work because the barrel was too thick, when I bought it he guaranteed that it would fit, so I just left and went home because I didn't have my receipt but before going home I went to Extreme Tronics Airsoft and the tech was able to put it on in less then 10 mins, I don't know if the tech Jesse at Evike does not know his stuff but the tech at Extreme Tronics Airsoft definitely knows his stuff I suggest that you don't come here for work on your gun because they most likely will not be able to do it and if they do, do it, it will probably be wrong. read more

Be aware "Terrible Customer Service" Evike has the worst customer service and one of the slowest delivery service. Two months ago, I purchased some BB's. It arrived after 12 days. "BUT" They shipped the wrong BB. I contacted them immediately and they acknowledged their mistake. Made promises to send me replacement in couple of weeks. Two months passed and after contacting them they denied their promise even though I presented them with all the emails. Be careful about their restocking policy, since they have 30% restocking fee. There are many other online airsoft stores with much better service. read more

Evike had always been my go-to store when I don't feel like ordering from overseas, it got huge selection and good pricing on most of the stuff. The customer service is a hit and miss though, basically in order to purchase anything in the store you have get a ticket and wait to be called before anyone would help. It's been that way since I first step into the store years ago so I pretty much know the drill. Sometimes you will get served in a timely manner and sometimes it will take a while because some employees are busy chatting with their buddies or "busy" with other stuff (they need people working in the back too so who knows...). I was lucky enough to get pleasant check out experience at this place like 70% of the time. Another cool thing about this place is that they have a shooting range for you test all sorts of guns, including your own. The BBs, gas and batteries are all provided for free of charge. Overall it's a really good place to shop for airsoft guns and accessories, assume that you are willing to wait to be served. I heard horror stories about their tech service though so I guess as long as you go there strictly to buy stuff you are good. read more

EVIKE IS FILLED WITH AWESOMENESS. Been there twice recently, never had to wait over 30 minutes. :) I just got started with my boyfriend, so i got a GP stubby killer and it fits me. not too heavy and big for a girl. Jesse in the tech department is phenomenal, my wife bought me an airsoft gun so I could go out with my boys, it had some issues, so I took it in for them to check it out, the tech guy Jesse took it apart in minutes, found the problem and took care of it, along with explaining the care and maintenance of it to me. We've purchased several items from this store and worked with sales guys Luke and Ed, yes sometimes it's a tad bit of a wait, I think that's because the employees take there time with the customers, they explain everything so you understand all your options, for me, waiting a few extra minutes is worth it in my book. I came here with my husband, as he wants to take on air soft as a hobby. We picked a number when we came in, and we're waiting for a long time. We went up to the counter, and we were told we wouldn't be helped until our number was called. (This was on a weekday in the afternoon, and it wasn't busy at all) It did seem that they had a huge selection, and a shooting range as well. There were people trying out guns, which looked awesome. We ended up leaving due to poor customer service, but my husband was bummed out. Otherwise, there is a big parking lot, and it is a huge place. Apparently they give gifts to Pokemon go players if you are certain levels (7, 10, and 15 I believe). I play, and it would've been cool to find out what the gifts were, but the customer service wouldn't allow that. read more

Alright, lets start with evikes new appearance. The new setting is great with the fish tank and their display is getting moved around more often which means it feels a little different every time you go into he store. One thing I noticed is that the staff team in the front has lost their spark and their passion. When I went there 4:00~ the atmosphere was horrible. There were customers just walking around without anyone assisting them or remotely even trying to help the clients. one thing the staff should note is that they don't have to grab a number but you should help them anyways and just ask " what they need or how can I help you" instead the staff of 6-8 did their own thing and was not a bit helpful at all. The display number was 42 and i grabbed 43 and i waited 20min to get helped when there was 5 different other staffs free to do so. And the only staff that was able to help me was a dead beat. his appearance didn't strike me as a helpful person and his tone and attitude was not there at all. He did get what i told him to but one part was that his sales skill was no where in sight. Evike should consider on some sales training and the boss should have a meeting with the staff to keep them motivated or at least disciplined. Also the staffs knowledge in their own products was crap. Main point is that evike staff needs an attitude adjustment or just pretend. read more

We got this employee names Eric, he said he was a master tech with gbbr but he didn't seem that knowledgeable. I asked him about the WE tech scar l he said it was a great gun but then proceeded to tear it apart and put it back together very easily so I bought the gun. All I know is that I will be back for Eric and no one else. Maybe the other 2 master techs Luke and Steven Minnig. Worst best experience 10/10. read more

FRIGGING AWESOME. The place can get quite "crowded" but it is expected with such an awesome facility. I was thoroughly impressed with their inventory and how they handle large crowds of customers. If you are there to purchase and you want individualized help, when you walk in make sure you grab a number before you go wandering around looking at stuff. And don't get woozy from all the cool shit you can go look at, LISTEN OUT FOR YOUR NUMBER! They'll do last calls for your number, but it's easier when you get up to the counter at first call. If you're there to do a quick shop, they have stations set up where you can print out an inventory list of what you need. You then take that print-out straight to the counter, they place your name on it and get to work grabbing your items for you right away. Loads of stuff to browse while you wait and they call you up immediately when they have your stuff ready. There are also seating areas so you don't have to stand around waiting if you don't want to. If you do go the route of individualized help, I love how they pull out the stops and make sure that all your needs and concerns are addressed from start to finish. There's also a firing range where you can come test out the merch before you buy them. Definitely coming back here for my airsoft needs! Their customer service was awful. Come in grab a number and they may help you when they are done talking with one another. It seemed as though it bothered them that we needed help or had questions. Waited just about 3 hours for my order for flash hiders. Terrible customer service. They do not give a damn about your time. Expect at least a 2 hour wait to just to talk to a service representative and this is on a Monday morning. I can't even imagine how long you'd be waiting coming in on a Saturday. read more

I simply don't know where to start with all the nice things I have to say about this store and it's staff! Evike Robert, you are simply the most kind, wonderful person on the planet! This was our 1st stop on our way from Norcal to Disneyland. We spent a little over 3 hours in the store (there was so much to see, my son couldn't make up his mind). Robert was so patient and kind. He showed him everything and I mean everything he wanted to see!! Seems simple enough, but stock is looked up then brought out from the back, and and has to be restocked if not selected. 5 stars for all the really cool stuff. But I regret buying a pistol yesterday. It was a good deal for a can of gas, the pistol and some bbs for $111, but as soon as I got home I was like why the hell did I buy this thing. I have no intention of going to play airsoft. And it's not like I can use it around my house because all I need is a neighbor to see it and assume it's real. I would actually like to return it for a refund, but I just read the receipt only gives you store credit. Which I don't want. That is the reason for my low rating. read more

Everything started out great with evike but as of the last few months their online service/ customer service has been TERRIBLE! I've spent over 5-6 thousand dollars with evike and the one time I need something one day shipped they send me a email not even a phone call saying my account needed to be verified for a $250 order when I've ordered over $2000 worth of gear in one order with no problem, So I called and canceled the order because it wouldn't make it to me in time (still haven't received a refund yet ) a few days later I try to place a different order for the box of Awesomeness they pull my money out of my account send a order confirmation and then send another email RIGHT BEFORE THEY CLOSED to tell me my order has been canceled and now my account is fraudulent! Pretty dope place. Covers all your airsoft needs, and a target range!

Sure, everything looks "Cool" and "Tactical" (Airsoft Guns, Backpacks, Gear, etc), but don't expect it to hold up in real world conditions. I bought a "Condor" backpack here for outdoor use. After a couple trips to the outdoors, the stitching started to come apart, a zipper broke, and the material started to deteriorate. If you like Backpacks with that "Uber Tactical" look, buy something that's better quality like a Camelbak HAWG 2013 or Maxpedition Falcon II. read more
