I arrived for my 11:30 massage appointment and stood alone in the establishment for 10 minutes. It wasn't until I called the spa and knocked on the wall did someone come out to acknowledge me. Unfortunately the massage was not good. First off, the spa music was skipping around and stopping sporadically and even played a couple ads. Super relaxing. I don't think my masseuse was trained properly because she was essentially rubbing her knuckles and forearm bones along my bones. Pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. Not sure if she thought it was my muscle or what. Mid way through she tried to upsell me on the hot stone enhancement, but I declined, mostly out of fear those would be grinded on my bones as well. Really rejuvenating massage with great deep pressure and comfortable table. We went for a couples massage and had a lovely time

This was our second massage here and the second time did not disappoint! We booked two, hour-long massages in separate rooms but upon arrival they were able to accommodate us with a couples salt room (not pictured). I had May and my girlfriend had Dawn as our masseuses and they were both incredible. We knew what to expect of the proceedings this time as they will ask if you would like to add upgrades of essential oils or hot stones once the massage is starting, we declined the upgrades. The experience began by being led to our room and ask to remove our clothes which we did and my girlfriend just kept her underwear on. We then climbed onto our massage tables face down and got under the sheet provided. May and Dawn knocked before entering allowing us time to get completely settled before coming in. The massage started with some pressure point testing to see what we thought of the pressure of the massage. Also they asked what areas we would like to be focused on recommending our shoulders and lower back, which is what we chose. They then moved into the upper body part of massage using massage oils. The sheet draping was pulling down below our butt cheeks to work on our neck, shoulders, back and butt for this portion of the massage. May did an incredible job providing really strong pressure to my back and shoulders recognizing that I definitely carry a lot of tension back there. She told me that it might be sore the next day but it is all a part of the healing process! Dawn did a great job as well providing an excellent back massage experience for my girlfriend and really did a nice job of massaging her arms and hands. The next portion of the upper body massage was massaging our lower back and butt which was great! Since I was naked under the sheet May was able to massage directly on my butt cheeks using her forearms, hands and elbows which was one of the best parts of the massage! Dawn was able to maneuver my girlfriend's underwear so that she could provide the same experience for her! Whichever choice you make for this portion of the massage they are incredibly respectful and will drape the sheet in a comfortable way! For the lower body part of the massage they will readjust the draping to cover your back and shoulders while moving the sheet to expose one full leg at a time all the way up to your lower back. The excellent work that was done on our upper body was carried over to our lower body, both May and Dawn did an incredible job of providing a deep tissue massage on our butt, hamstrings, calves and feet. They also utilized stretching techniques which felt incredible and added to the overall relaxation we were feeling! We were then asked to roll over onto our backs whilst they held the sheet up and we begun the final part of the massage. At this point they did a lot of head massaging, arm massaging and stretching which was great! By the time the massage was finished we both felt incredibly relaxed and decompressed! Overall our second experience here was even better than the first visit! If you are looking for a fairly priced massage that you are going to get a top notch massage from this would definitely be the place! We will certainly be returning for a third visit in the future! read more

Went here with my wife. She wanted to surprise me with a new experience. She saw great reviews of this place and never experienced sea salt cave experience with a massage. We started waiting for 15-20 minutes. We had appointments. Understandable since they may have run late. Had a full massage and it was not the greatest. Ask for deep tissue massage and it was not strong at all. Also, I received a massage with thin gloves on. I was told at the end it was because the massage person hands was injured. Understandable but it shouldn't be at the cost of the service paid by the customer. Next time, just let that person heal their hand. As for the Cave, it was not much of an experience for us. To go inside and have two others chatting away, it was not peaceful. My wife and I just left. We don't mind paying and in fact, gave the right tips. Just that we did not get the service we paid for through Groupon. My wife was disappointed. Hope this review will help the business owner to get better. No bad intent here. But definitely will not come back and just would not personally recommend it. read more

I had a nice time for 45 some mins in there just meditating, and it's at a good affordable price. I would go back again for sure. Not your typical day spa experience. I got 2 services, a massage and a float experience. The salt float was amazing. At first I didnt think I could lay in there for an hr but it was so relaxing. I also felt incredible for a week after with minimal body/joint pain. Id definitely recommend that for anyone feeling stiff or sore. The masseuse on the other was inexperienced, and while she applied good pressure, she kept going over the same area with same movement and so much oil that it became a bit annoying. Also, please speak in soft voice, dim lights and wear soft shoes or sneakers. The clacking of hard shoes around the table and bumping into things (small space) was not relaxing and defeats the purpose of a spa day. I also had to ask for everything from robe, slippers, locker, etc - they expected me to get dressed after getting a super oily massage only to get into a salt water float pod. Why would I get dressed, ruin clothes, only to get u dressed again - not sure what was going on there but clearly not much attention to detail or customer. read more
