Showed up on the day to rent bikes and they allowed us to try a few before deciding. The bikes could be in better condition, most of the fleet were showing significant wear. One of our e-bikes had low battery charge and even though someone was able to bike out to where we were to delivery another battery, the replacement was also low and wouldn't be enough for the time we rented. We also lost time waiting for the other battery. However, kudos to the staff and owner because they made it right for us when we returned the bikes. Spot has good staff and a great location. Refreshing the bikes with newer models would bump it to 5 stars.

Initially, we went to another shop down the street and had a negative experience. There really wasn't much help or guidance, style and color options weren't very interesting and the gentleman who helped us just seemed irritated with us. My son had an idea of what he wanted and didn't find it at their store so he was bummed out and uninterested. We didn't want to give up so we went to two wheels one planet and within 10 minutes both kids had picked out the perfect bikes for them. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped us but he was so incredibly kind and patient with all of us (Robin??) as we picked out the right color bike, basket, bells, etc. the kids could not sleep until the bikes came home that they made me go the next day after work and make two trips to bring the bikes home.
