What a great operation ! I stooped by check if they can fix my ninebot T15 scooter charging problem. All whole four team workers came out first to check my scooter and one nice ma, looks the owener dianosed it by taking parts and ended up that battery need to be replaced. He told me to order it online and just replace the battery and showed me how to replace it as well. After doing some research, I found Orange County Scooters. I was having issues with my scooter and realized there weren't many places that actually did repairs. I took my scooter in, and they quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out my tire just needed air, and they fixed it right away, free of charge. They even gave me a free valve extender to make it easier to pump air into my tire. These guys are honest and genuinely good people. If you've come here through your research the way that I did, and you're in SoCal looking for a place that would repair electric scooters, you know this place is pretty much your only choice in the 100 mile radius. Fortunately this place is legit and deserves every 5 star review. Literally we walked in, described the problem (flat back tire), got a shockingly low quote, told them I got the manufacturer's back-up tire, got an even lower quote (50% less) because I'm providing the part, and a few days later I got a text that it's done. I need my electric scooter back tire fixed. So I found them here on Yelp. I called and asked what days they're open and went there on a Wednesday. Hector was the guy who helped me with my back tire. You can ask him questions and he will answer it for you. They're friendly and accomodating. He will give you option if you want your tire to be inflatable or the not inflatable tire (I forgot what it's called but it's a solid rubber tire that you don't need to inflate anymore). So I chose the not inflatable tire instead of the normal inflatable because I don't want to have to worry anymore that it will get deflated again. It's a little more price over the other one but it's worth it. They worked on my scooter for a couple of days and they texted me when it's ready for pick up. I told them that I'm not able to pick up that week but next week and they said it's ok. I picked up the next week and I'm happy about the new tire. It looks sturdier than my old one. I would recommend OC Scooters to my family and friends. FYI- They also fix breaks for scooters and sell new scooters too. read more

I purchased two Xiaomi M365 scooters for my kids as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately the front tire on my daughters scooter went flat and it needed repair. I tried repairing it myself and after hours of fighting with the scooter I finally got the tube and tire back in place. Well come to find out I punctured the new tube I placed inside. I searched online for a scooter shop and fortunately I found this place. Not only did they have my tire off and replaced with a tubeless tire that won't go flat anymore, they took the time to go through my whole scooter at no cost and tuned it up. I needed help with my turboant scooter and these guys saved the day! The scooter company that makes and sells the scooter was not answering repeated attempts to contact them. Fortunately, it was just to replace tires; they got me some really nice airless ones at a good price. They even took me earlier than my scheduled appointment since I got there an hour early. Great place to get your kids scooter repaired. I called and made appointment to fix my kids flat on her scooter since I couldn't get the tire back on. Ended up having them put a solid tire on so I don't have to do this again. They did it right their on the spot. I called all around to find a shop that can do this and no one wanted to touch an electric scooter. Don't blame this since it requires some experience and know how. And these guys have it. At my older age I thought it would be fun to get an electric scooter. I looked through some reviews and saw that a Zero 10x seemed to fit my needs. Searched Yelp for scooter stores and saw a number of good reviews for OC Scooters on Westminster Blvd in Garden Grove. The reviews were right. I spoke to a shopper who was going in the store and he said the owner Hector Rosales was excellent and someone he'd trusted a long time.
