This bike repair shop is awesome. I brought in my two Shaka eBikes because one was having electrical problems and the other needed the hydraulic brake replenished. Spoke with Chase who said they could work on both that day so I brought them in. Jacob looked at both bikes with me and said if the hydraulic only needed to be topped off it would be about half the price of normal drain and refill. I was driving home about 30 minutes into the drive and Jacob texted me saying both bikes are done! He also said he only needed to top off the hydraulic so it was half the price - amazing honesty. He found an issue with the battery connection and repaired it. Both bikes work great. Highly recommend this place and these guys. I requested service for my Tuttio iCT e-bike about 20 miles from Huntington Beach which they charged $100 to pick up and drop off, no problem... The problem is that I requested to have my rear brake bled and to have both front and rear brakes replaced, Luca was the person to pick up and drop it off but also worked on my bike. When he dropped it off the brakes were ok and they replaced my brakes, I paid via Zelle and also left a tip. The issue started after a couple hours from receiving my bike that I had no rear brake pressure like I did before, I contacted the owner Chase via text message and phone call but was ignored. So I bled my brakes myself and noticed that they either lost of forgot an o ring for the bleeder screw which was allowing air in. I paid $283 for this work and all I got was new brake pads ($25 front and $25 back also $25 each for labor which equals to $100 total) and pick up/ drop off charge of $100 but also charged me $60 for the bleed. Would've been nice to hear from someone about my complaint. read more

When I dropped my bike off on a Friday, I was told they were going to use a trickle charger to charge it and then it would be ready for pick up the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I waited another couple of days and then called. Couldn't get a hold of anybody left messages and no one called me back for several days. When I finally reached someone, they said they hadn't gotten to my bike yet. I waited several more days and then decided to just pick it up and take it elsewhere. Chase was really helpful on the phone being very clear and direct about the pricing of his services and was able to offer me same day service if I was able to head down to his shop. I just need a rear tire tube replaced, he let me provide my own tube since I had one on hand which was super cool. He was really friendly and we chatted quite a bit about his shops upgrade services and pricing on how I can prevent future flats with upgraded tires, tubes, etc. Just a honest and genuine discussion as he wasn't trying to push an upsell right away, just sharing his knowledge and experience. Needed to have a flat fixed along with a damaged derailer cage protector that looked like it was pushed into the derailer itself on my kids e-bike. I received their voicemail and just hung up without leaving a message to move on to another company. Seems they knew and somebody returned my call immediately. They picked up my bike at the house and it was ready the same day. When they returned the bike they only charged me for the flat tire. Said that that the fixing of the derailer was minor no charge.
