When I dropped my bike off on a Friday, I was told they were going to use a trickle charger to charge it and then it would be ready for pick up the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I waited another couple of days and then called. Couldn't get a hold of anybody left messages and no one called me back for several days. When I finally reached someone, they said they hadn't gotten to my bike yet. I waited several more days and then decided to just pick it up and take it elsewhere. Chase was really helpful on the phone being very clear and direct about the pricing of his services and was able to offer me same day service if I was able to head down to his shop. I just need a rear tire tube replaced, he let me provide my own tube since I had one on hand which was super cool. Needed to have a flat fixed along with a damaged derailer cage protector that looked like it was pushed into the derailer itself on my kids e-bike. They picked up my bike at the house and it was ready the same day. When they returned the bike they only charged me for the flat tire. Said that that the fixing of the derailer was minor no charge.
