    There are very few places where you can get quality service from people with integrity. I was very impressed with Chase and Jacob's excellent work and expertise on just about everything e-bike related. Never tried to upsell or make me feel frustrated with options. Really easy to work with and nice. Had a few things wrong with my super 73 and they were able to provide me with options and realistic expectations. The end result was perfect and at an affordable price!!! I will be back and recommend all to any that need future service. Thank you guys!!

    My sons broke his throttle on his Alez mopped electric ebike yesterday. I called around for about 2 days and Ebikes Mobile was the best option. I called, no one answered but just as I was typing a message, I received a call back from Chase! ...You know when you're talking business with somebody and it just works out so seemingly... Ebike Mobile is a life saver, so glad to have found them! Pricing is competitive, pickup and drop off service is great.

    I was on a time crunch trying to find my son a repair for his Super73 bike so he can ride to summer school.. after calling so many shops I felt hopeless.. Found Chase on Craigslist... great kid. Super proud of seeing a young kid doing well for himself. He had a great attitude. Was willing to work with my son's situation and did amazing work. He went above and beyond to satisfy our repair.

    Great service on a difficult ebike issue I was having. Highly recommend. Complex to me anyway battery issue. They fixed it right up !

    Chase knows his stuff. His work of prices fairly for the quality of his work. Drop off and pickup is extremely convenient as well

I first rolled in over a year ago needing a derailleur adjustment and a crank. He guaranteed his work and adjusted it without charge when I messed it up a few weeks later... Over the year he has become not only my only singular bike mechanic but a genuine friend. He has helped me countless times; I cannot say enough good things about him and his skill sets. No up-sell, no attitude--just straight-up help. Hanging out in the shop or by talking with neighbors who have had the same experience; I've watched ( and heard via word of mouth) him do the same for half the neighborhood: local guys on cruisers, kids on e-bikes, I've even seen him give bikes away to those in need. Even those not in need but just dig bikes like myself lol He's patient, knows every bike like it's his own, and actually cares if you're out there pedaling instead of sitting on your couch. Actually every bike I've pointed out as being eye catching and visually stunning have been custom bikes built by Kevin the owner/operator. This place isn't just a shop--it's keeping Huntington Beach moving! Fresh air, sore legs, stupid grins--Kevin gets it. If you ride, go see him. You'll leave faster, happier, and confident that the best bike guy in town torqued your wheels down properly :)

I remember going in our 1st time when it was first opened with different owners. They were fantastic & made me feel comfortable. They were not intimidating and the service went great. We took our bikes there a 2nd time, I don't know who the owner was at the time, and everything was fine. This is our 3rd time taking our bikes for service there. This time our experience was not the same under the current ownership. No shade to the owner. He was very nice & pleasant. I'm glad to see a lot of good reviews but that was not my experience. We dropped off our mountain non-e bikes for general service as they weren't running great at the end of the week. He mentioned that they'd be looked at the following Tuesday with an estimate (week 1). He mentioned that it'd be possible to adjust recommended repairs to suit our budget. Great! No problem. Very considerate suggestion. But we didn't hear from him on Tuesday or any day that 1st week. We tried calling a couple times that week but no answer. We tried stopping by at 11 (posted opening time was 10) and there was a note on the door they open at noon. We stopped by another day & it seems there was a family emergency so he'd get to us the 2nd week. We got busy and another week rolled around and a 2nd Tuesday with no news on the repair estimate. We called a couple times the 2nd week & there was no answer. We stopped by around 4:30 and it was closed (posted closing time was 6). We called again that weekend & he said his tech would come in the next Tuesday, the 3rd week, to look at the bikes. At this point, the bikes are sitting in the shop for 2 full weeks going on a 3rd before anyone even looks at them for an estimate. This does not inspire confidence that the bikes would even be done that 3rd week. While maybe they would have finally been repaired in the 3rd week, we decided cut our losses & take our bikes elsewhere. I truly hope this business succeeds, but we're probably not going to go back.

    I was in the market for a new beach cruiser. My old one was the same model (Electra 7 speed)…read more However, the frame was too small for me, and I needed to put air in the tires weekly. Nonetheless, I am not gonna complain too much: The old bike was free. My neighbors recommended TBS, and I'm glad they did. Not only did they have the same model I was looking for, the new model has a light aluminum frame. It is so much easier to put on the bike rack of my SUV vs the old, heavier steel frame model. Additionally, the frame is taller so I don't feel like I am riding a tricycle like my old bike. Lastly, the new bike was $50 off: Score! Mike (who I believe is the owner), is a super nice guy. In addition, he is very knowledgable about bikes. The bike shop is large and has a lot of models to choose from. The previous bike shop I frequented (now closed), had half the floor space for bikes. TBS is my new go to place in HB for bikes. I will obvi need tires and service in the future. TBS has my loyalty.

A few days later, Mike called to let me know it was ready. My bike was running great, the tires rolled smoothly, and they checked the brakes too. Great value and great service. I'll definitely be back for any future bike needs.

    Our experience was very disappointing. We visited with the intention of purchasing three bikes and…read morespent approximately 30 minutes in the store without being acknowledged by any staff member. While I understand employees were busy assisting other customers, a simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. During our time there, customers who arrived after us appeared to receive assistance first, particularly those interested in electric bikes. We continued to wait patiently and did not make an issue of it. Eventually, as an employee walked by, I politely asked a very simple question, whether the store offered delivery services. Rather than briefly answering or directing us to someone who could help, he responded, "I'm busy with another customer right now," without making eye contact. The interaction made us feel like an inconvenience The question would have helped us determine whether we were ready to move forward with purchasing. A little acknowledgment and basic customer service would have made a significant difference. Based on this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere and would not return.
