I'm currently waiting for it to wear off, but the issue was obvious enough that even my sister immediately noticed and asked, "Who messed up your Botox?" Poor communication and a complete lack of consideration for customers' time. If you know your store will be closed, the least you can do is notify people with appointments. This experience was incredibly disappointing.
