I was treated like a prince, she worked out numbers for me, haggled down the price, and gave amazing complimentary incentives that only Habberstad BMW has! Kerly is not only an amazing sales rep, but a beautiful soul inside and out! Not for a single moment was I facing doubt that her and the habberstad team were truly there to help. ZERO dealer fees, the price you see, is the price you pay! No back and forth nonsense, no nothing! Our salesman Paul was helpful and straightforward with us. He and one of the managers did everything they could to get us to take the car home that day, which wasn't entirely a bad thing. However the stress began when it came time to sign papers. It was the end of the day and everyone was ready to go home, including us. We wanted to take our time and thoroughly review all of the paperwork. The numbers weren't making sense to us or adding up. Finally they claimed they must've made a mistake and "accidentally" entered a fee twice. This fee was around $2,000 so that was quite a mistake! This seemed very shady so we were ready to walk away, but in the end we decided to go through with it since it seemed like everything worked out in our favor. In conclusion, we did experience some unnecessary stress and they may or may not have been trying to pull a fast one on us, but we love the car and liked the salesman we dealt with.
