My parents are 77 and 74 and haven't had a new vehicle in 16+ years and the sales team was very accommodating to them and didn't pressure us one bit. To be honest it was a breath of fresh air. John and Tom and Benny made us feel like family. We liked them so much we got their MKX from Bright Bay instead of the Lincoln dealer less than a mile from where my parents live. After the deal was done John spent almost 45 mins in the new MKX with my parents showing them how to do every little thing. He knew the vehicle inside and out which is more than most sales reps we dealt with. Highly recommended and this is coming from a very demanding car guy. Very impressed.

Our salesman Paul was helpful and straightforward with us. He and one of the managers did everything they could to get us to take the car home that day, which wasn't entirely a bad thing. However the stress began when it came time to sign papers. It was the end of the day and everyone was ready to go home, including us. We wanted to take our time and thoroughly review all of the paperwork. The numbers weren't making sense to us or adding up. Finally they claimed they must've made a mistake and "accidentally" entered a fee twice. This fee was around $2,000 so that was quite a mistake! This seemed very shady so we were ready to walk away, but in the end we decided to go through with it since it seemed like everything worked out in our favor. In conclusion, we did experience some unnecessary stress and they may or may not have been trying to pull a fast one on us, but we love the car and liked the salesman we dealt with.
