I contacted four different electrical contractors. Only two returned my calls. Louis left a quote with me before he left. Jason said he would email the quote to me the following day. After two days I called their office and was told that they were still waiting for pricing from their supplier before giving me a quote. After a week I didn't hear from Quynn Electric and had High Caliber Electric do the work. Louis replaced all the circuit breakers in my box, after 40 years they were starting to fail and not trip. He ran a new line into the living room and installed additional outlets. He also ran some new outlets in the garage. He also diagnosed a rather serious problem with the wiring in our living room where a neutral wire wasn't installed correctly and we had arcing issues. I was very pleased with his work ethic, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Any problems he found he took the time to show me and explain what he was doing to correct the problem. He also patiently answered any questions I had. I felt what he charged for his work was more than fair and reasonable for the time he invested. I highly recommend High Caliber Electric. They do honest, excellent work for a fair price.

Nick or Steve or whatever they call the owner is a real ass. Sourced 3 Ton of ROCK for a job, went to SPS as usual. Delivered but was not correct weight. I received about 2 1/2 of the rock and about 1/2 ton of fine crushed silt dust. Useless on a jobsite. Went back with photographic proof and owner blamed the quarry at every turn. Refused to look at pictures. The bottom line is when you pay a company for something, a realistic expectation is to get what was paid for. I'll source another company for this type of rock because all I got were excuses. Argued with him and finally he walked off dismissive with an attitude after agreeing to supply the shortage. Returned 2 days later to receive the shortage and got serious attitude from him and the loader. Avoid this place if you are a contractor with high standards of material. Would've given 4 stars had he shown humility in his error but his attitude and that of his load staff were piss poor excuses for service.

Unfortunately the rock that they delivered was not the rock we had told the lady at the front desk we wanted. When I called Steve, the delivery manager, he was unwilling to redeliver the rock without another delivery fee. His words were "I deliver what's on the ticket, regardless of who's mistake it is. I'm not going to eat a delivery fee". Well guess what. Not only are you going to eat the original delivery fee, but you've lost a customer and hopefully a few more through this post.
