I appreciated his honesty and noticed his consistency. He meant what he said and never changed the products' pricing. NO "bait and switch." He was patient as we went over payment options as well. In the end I was pleased with my purchases and couldn't wait for delivery! That process also went exceedingly well. I was notified when the delivery would take place. The men were on time, pleasant, efficient, and cleaned up after installation. Later the same day, Cris Drake called to see if everything was to my satisfaction. It was. It is. This has restored a great deal of faith and respect for the company, but I still have bittersweet feelings because it took more than 3-1/2 months for Spencer's to take accountability and do the right thing. After being a loyal customer for almost 35 years, I will shop at their store again, but with caution. My hope is Spencer's continues steping up and treats their loyal customers with the same loyalty and respect that is given to them. ******** I just want and need to give my neighbors a heads-up on the decline in trust and service from Spencer's Appliances. I've lived in my house for 30 years, so I have replaced a lot of appliances. All of my appliances were happily purchased at Spencer's. I bought a KitchenAid dishwasher in early November 2025 and absolutely loved it until it stopped working in early April 2026. I called Spencer's, and they gave me a number to call to set up arrangements for the warranty repair. I had to make continuous calls to Spencer's and their repair service throughout a 3-month period (and SIX service calls). Yes, you read that right... THREE months to get a 5-month-old dishwasher repaired. It was finally fixed last week. It was a leaky gasket. A measly gasket that was missed in 4 of the 6 service calls. Spencer's had excuse after excuse for this taking so long, yet didn't stay in contact with progress reports or apologies. There have been two times in the past couple of years that I have defended Spencer's here on NextDoor when some of my neighbors complained about their service, and now I understand what my neighbors must have gone through, and I apologize for not listening to you more closely. I have three appliances that will soon be 10 years old, so I know they will need replacing soon (as we all know, they don't make them like they used to), but I'll tell you one thing, Spencer's Appliance will not get one more nickel from me. And if I can save someone from going through the stress they put me through these past THREE MONTHS, my job is done. BTW, I'm a senior on a very limited income, so the close to $1000 (when all was said and done) I spent on that dishwasher was not an easy purchase for me, but very arthritic hands make a dishwasher a necessity for me.

The sellers had 2 lounges, 2 chairs, a semi-circle couch, a gas fire pit with a stone top and a large dining table that sat 10. After being told "no and please do not ask again" the first two times, the seller relinquished the chairs, couch and fire pit on our third attempt and my wife and I were thrilled because the pieces were way above the quality of the big box stores and they fit perfectly in our yard. Regarding the furniture itself, the iron is solid, heavy duty and the welds look overdone (to my eye). The finish is clean and stylish and holds up to the desert heat and cold. While my folks were in town to visit our new home we stumbled upon the Phoenix location and met with Justin who listened to our excitement about the pieces we got and answered our questions about the other items we hoped to replace. My mom ended up ordering 2 lounges as a house warming gift (to replace the ones we did not acquire with the home) and Justin made the sales process very friendly and easy going (he stayed past closing to finish our paperwork). This week the delivery showed up right on time and the two lounges look fantastic. As it turned out our cushions were made with the wrong color but the delivery guys noticed right away that the old and new cushions did not match and they said "don't worry, we'll take care of it. Enjoy these cushions for now and we'll replace them in a week." Everything they said they would do, they did. My experience with the product and everyone working for Arizona Iron Furniture has been totally positive, pleasurable and professional. Wanted it installed in my kitchen. The flooring they installed in the kitchen (see picture) is NOTHING like the Brazillian Koa sample they had in their store. I have since learned there are multiple kinds of Brazillian Koa. The sample in the store was not the Brazillian Koa that was installed in my house. I knew the width of the wood had changed, but the color should have been the same. Not even close!! When I voiced my displeasure, I was told I had to open all 16 boxes and inspect each piece of wood or the wood was mine. Hate it! Do not use this establishment!!

I received an email from the store manager confirming I could pick up my order Friday, so both my husband and I took the day off work to make the 3-hour drive. At 4 PM the night before, I was told the forklift was "broken" and my material couldn't be unloaded. When I called, the employee was sarcastic and dismissive, and the manager minimized the issue by telling me to "think how we feel." He then claimed he had "just reordered" my product but when I checked through LL Flooring's customer service line, they couldn't even confirm that. Now I've been told I'll have to wait until October 7. This has caused: * Lost wages for me and my husband * Multiple contractor reschedules (at my cost) * Serious delays in opening my dance studio, which depends on this flooring What's worse: LL Flooring has refused to expedite my order, deliver it directly, or provide an in-stock alternative at no cost even though these delays were entirely their fault. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a company. Miscommunication, broken promises, and no accountability. I spent hours proactively following up on where Marcos was only to be told by Chris (Marcos supervisor) he allowed Marcos to go home b/c Marcos wasn't satisfied with designated parking spot! Said he felt it was "a hostile work environment." every vendor has parked there; no vendor ever complained nor refused to park there. Marcos lied to me about completing job, Chris complicit in this lie. I prepaid thousands of dollars to have a subcontractor take it upon himself to walk off the job b/c he 'didn't want to get another ticket from the police' (parking spot 100% legit/legal numerous people from management team trying to accommodate him). Paula & Chris then assure me that carpet CAN be pre cut at warehouse.
