What a great selection I found. Not just the part I wanted, but so much more. I went back yesterday hoping to find a stem extension that I could not find anywhere on the internet. I approached a clerk and asked, and he took me right to it. I explained that the replacement kit I purchased on line did not fit quite the same as the one I am replacing. He told me of its compatibility with another more "readily available" line of faucets. He seemed to know a lot about plumbing. It turns out he is the owner. He and everyone I have dealt with there are very approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is now my go to store for all my DIY projects. Their selection is remarkable and the staff just seem to enjoy their job. It is 20 miles from home, but it is exactly what needs to be. In a time of online ordering and tracking numbers, it is great to go to a place with fair prices, great selection, and impeccable service!!

I couldn't believe the little hardware store in my town ended up having them the whole time. I felt pretty stupid for not visiting here first but now I know to just skip all the run around and come here. Since then I've become a regular at this store. Most smaller mom & pop type stores have way higher prices than the big box stores but not here, the prices are good and I always find what I'm looking for. I totally wanted to give 5 stars but I had to take off one star for the parking situation, it's parallel street parking only. If it's a busy time of day then there is no parking close by and I have to either skip it and come back later or park way down or across the street. I've also gotten trapped in a space with idiots parking too close in front and behind me. Besides the parking deal everything else here is 5 stars. I'm a biggie on customer service and this place blows all others out of the water. They're great.

Now the bad news this last go around I spent $ 1,200.00 on some major repairs on one of my homes. They are big on just buy this or that bring it back if you don't need it. Anyways I had 3-4 things to bring back. Turned into a big hassle and I had purchased them over a week while I was up there. They gave me cash on two smaller items. Would not give me back on two items cash said the register will only process them as gift cards " what the heck " I have major brain surgery during which I had a stroke. I over the years Lost more cards than I have used. They could not explain it to me on common sense level only that once the register does that they can't reverse it. I was not happy I mean we are talking about $ 76.00. They said they would go get the manager and of course the manager was busy. They need to tell people oh just bring it back for a refund oh by the way it might be in the form of a gift card which when the person loses it to bad. He said I could contact corporate, and I will, but I'm also gonna tell everyone who listens what a cheap, crappy product their EXTREME DUTY TARP is. When they got here with the dryer the guy refused to put the dryer on the pedestal so I told them to take it back. I called home depot they said they only put the dryer on the pedestal if I was getting it installed I said no I wasnt but that is not what the guy said. So home depot said they would eat the installation cost cause of the miscommunication I said thank you. They put to deliver it friday and someone would let me know Thursday the time frame when it would be delivered friday. When i called they didnt know anything they said my time frame is all day.
