As someone that does property management I love coming to Home Depot to get the essentials that I…read moreneed to either fix something on one of the properties or getting something to make my garden look amazing. Everyone that I have talked to a this Home Depot is very kind and professional. A couple of days ago I came in to get some supplies for a flooring project that I had to do, and I asked the workers there if the can help me find it, and right away they walked with me and showed me where it was. There wasn't enough floor boards that I needed so they looked up the item found it got it from the top shelf and loaded it into my cart. They did everything quick and in a professional way, and professionalism is somthing that I love to see when I walk into a business.

Decent Home Depot location. Parking lot can get extremely busy on weekends…read more I frequent their garden center during spring and summer. They carry a wide variety of plants, flowers, shrubs and trees. Their garden center staff is knowledgeable as well. Their prices are much more reasonable than nurseries. We come here regularly for home and yard DIY project materials...from rock, bark and fencing to lumber, plumbing and electrical supplies. They have anything and everything you can think of at affordable prices. We've even used their tool rentals with no issues. Their employees are mostly knowledgeable; however, we have been directed to incorrect aisles for items. We also seem to see many employees when we don't need help and no employees when we do. Strange, but true. During our most recent visit, I noticed they've pretty much done away with individual checkout counters. It's all self checkout now. I don't mind self checkout, but what I do mind is employees barging in front of me at a self checkout station, grabbing the scan gun to ring me up and ask if I want to open a Home Depot credit card. It defeats the purpose of "self checkout", and can be extremely off-putting. They should allow customers to check themselves out and ask for help when needed. Overall a nice, clean location. They could improve some of their customer service practices. We will continue to shop here, mainly for their affordable prices, and one stop shopping.

Just to clarify, they don't carry flagstone at all here. (as of 2025) And it's changed its name…read moreagain. That last review sent me on a wild good chase. It was bad experience because I wanted flagstone, but that's not their fault, they were perfectly polite.

Pacific Rockery is a bit confusing. Their signage reads, "Cadman", but "Pacific" is the only…read moredescription able to be found on the internet at this address. Cadman has very affordable prices on a very wide variety of rock and stone materials such as flagstone (huge variety), river rock, rainbow rock, lava rock, landscaping rock of various sizes and types, sand, and others. It is not at all clear how things work on your first visit. Here's how it works: You'll see a small building on your left as you enter. Drive around the back of that building and up onto the scale. The scale attendant / cashier will ask for your first name after they weigh your vehicle, and ask what you want to purchase. If you're selecting larger individual rocks, etc., that you select and can load yourself, you simply go and load up what you want in the yard (they have shovels they can lend you if you need). You drive up onto the scale again after you've selected your materials, and they charge you based on the change in weight of your vehicle. This limits you to being able to select only one type of material at a time. If you have a truck, trailer, etc. and need a large quantity of rock, they'll tell you where to park to get it, and a skip loader operator will load it into your vehicle. Again, it's up onto the scale afterward to pay. Materials here are very inexpensive (much less expensive than one of their competitors directly across the street). The personnel here are very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend starting with Pacific Rockery for all of your landscaping material needs.

I have to correct and change my original review due to the fact that the 15 Arborvitae trees they…read moreplanted only 5 took root, the other 10 just dried out and died after hundreds of dollars spent in watering and fertilizer. I always questioned why the left the plastic wrapping on the root ball but they assured me it would automatically disintegrate during watering. They came back, dug out all the dead ones and replaced them with another brand wIch got planted again with the plastic wrap around the root ball. They told me to wait six months to 12 months for positive results, but the same results ensued with the 10 new trees dying and now causing a fire liability. Why they did not remove the plastic from the root ball is beyond understanding but I am told that it is the reason why the trees died. After 12 months I contacted them again but they quit answering. Total expense was over $2000 DOWN the drain. I can vouch for their courtesy and politeness but I definitely DON'T RECOMMEND THE QUALITY OF THEIR TREES OR KNOWLEDGE. Original post. Very professional and polite. Delivered nice tall Arborvitaes from Vancouver,wa. to Bend,Oregon. The crew dug and planted the trees. We are very happy with purchase, we now have privacy in our yard. Thank you Luis and crew !

I've purchased from this nursery in the past and always found them pleasant. This Spring we bought…read morefour plants and paid an extra 250.00 ($$$$) to have them delivered and planted. Later that day they delivered six plants and installed all of them. They then accused us of "knowing we bought four but planting six" and said they were going to "come and remove them" if we didn't pay for them. Bottom line: they threatened to trespass on our property and remove two plants. Trespassing is illegal and threatening a customer is terrible. They made a mistake when they delivered more than what we purchased and rather than working with us they threatened us. Really? We paid for the extra two plants after realizing the error (that was completely theirs) but their conduct was unprofessional. I won't use this nursery again and I do not recommend them.

I like how everything was clearly marked so there was no confusing on what was for sale and what wasn't. Another great thing was when I went to the checkout, I was standing long. Mark had a little stand were he was able to check me out very quickly and had some tips about signing up online because I could get coupons. Everyone there seemed to be very happy which created a great shopping experience. One negative thing I will say about my last trip is that the employees didn't enforce the governed mask rule. I noticed a slightly overweight woman walking in and as they printed her a mask needed to be worn she told them she can't because it caused her to have anxiety which would restrict her breathing. They asked her to put on hand sanitizer and she said she couldn't because of her skin. They should've just made her leave. Bath & Body Works or any other shop in the mall is NOT essential for your everyday survival, either follow the mandated rules or leave. As an elder, sometimes it's hard for me to breath in a mask especially in warm environments however I do it to stay healthy and alive. Next time, please get an employee who is unbudging of the rules, they are put there for a reason.
