The place was empty which was very surprising but later I learned that most of their business os appointment only which to me seems less chaotic and less rushed for the person receiving the treatment. Quan started my pedicure right away. She asked what scent I would like for the pedicure package I chose (I picked thr bliss and watermelon scent). She was very considerate about the water temperature and the pressure of her hands when she was massaging my calves and feet. She took really great care of my toes. I can honestly say that this was the least painful pedicure Ive ever had and she got my ingrown out and really cleaned up my toes. They look fantastic. For my fingers I chose the builder gel full set because I want to keep my natural nails and I like them short since I do a lot of typing and yard work. I picked a color an Thuy did a great job matching up my longer nails with my broken shorter nails so they looked more uniform. We had great conversation and I felt really comfortable. I left feeling really satisfied with my experience and knowing that I just found my new nail spot. First she cut 2 of my toes. Then she cut my fingers so bad that I jumped so high, my twin sister noticed from 4 chairs down. On top of the cuts, the gel dip Jenny completed was absolutely horrible! When I quietly told Jack about my experience after I paid (no tip) he looked as if he agreed that she did a horrible job but didn't offer a solution. I left crying alone not wanting to ruin my sister's day and also her 3 year customer relationship with Jack. I was in so much pain! My twin sister saw me crying and then looked at my bloody hands and the horrible job Jenny did and went back in to request a refund. The 2 owners yelled and screamed. Jenny came up and tried to grab my hands. They fought and threw a fit and not ONCE did anyone apologize. A second nail tech came up and started yelling at us too. I was shocked! I pray now that I don't get an infection. At one point while she was working on my hands, Jenny dropped her glue tube. I didn't know whag she was doing, all I felt was her patting my pant legs repeatedly and then after about 5 minutes of searching, she came off of the floor, didn't wash her hands and proceeded to cut me up. Again, horrible cleanliness, horrible customer service and flat out rude owners. I am sorry that my sister has to find a new nail tech after 3 years. I guess Jack didn't feel the same loyalty towards her as she did towards him.
