FUTURE CUSTOMERS......... BEWARE!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! NOT EVEN A LEGIT COMPANY! What a JOKE of a so called company...... I set up an appointment with the owner, Francesa on 8/20. I explained to her my home was a mess, due to me being ill for several years and my home was impossible to keep up. She explained to me that they only had her and her boyfriend and it would be a one day job. She said she was trying to grow her business and I wanted to give her a chance. She said she would charge me for the one day mileage plus $40 per hour, $20 an hour each. I said fine, but I told her my home was 2100 sq. ft and with only two people, it would take all day. She said fine. She said she would confirm the day before for 8:00 am on saturday, but never called, so I called her. First day, she showed up 1 1/2 hours late, 9:30, due to her stating they had to stop at Home Depot. OK fine, I said when I met her...... problems happen. I showed her the home and she never adjusted her completion time. She and her boyfriend never finished. She said she would return on monday at 8:00 am. She asked if she could bring her dog back and I said no. REAL PROFESSIONAL QUESTION! I paid her $360. Second day, no show at 8:00 am, again at 9:30 and she said she could only work until 3:00pm, due to her boyfriends other job. Job never completed. She said she wouldn't charge the extra mileage for the extra days, since it was taking longer. She said she had to return on tuesday to finish. I said OK fine. Third day, no show at 8:00 am and after not returning several of my phone calls, at 11:00 am, I sent her an email, telling her not to come back and I was done planning for her. She called immediately full of excuses, but we finally agreed she would come to finish and was a no show again until 2:00. They worked until evening and we told them we were tired and they wanted to come back again the next day to again, finish and we agreed at 9:00 am. Fourth day, no show at 9:00 am and they showed up at 9:30They worked untilI told her I had a Dr.'s appointment and had to leave by 3:30 and she had to finish. Well, she didn't again! She wanted us to leave her here alone and lock up. We said no, due not trusting her! This just goes on and on and now sitting here, my home is still not finished, another email from her last night with another excuse, as to why she can't come again on the agreed day, two broken antiques and more excuses. I sent another email stating don't bother and got another company to do, what she said she could do in the first day. Now she is threatening to come to my home to get her money along with a court case. She say's I owe her another $1000. $1400 to clean a house??????? She said I planned this! I have all her emais, along with time set video of her arrivaI time. I said fine, pay for my broken antiques and my hourly waiting time for her and she'll end up owing me money. I called this company to get a quote and the minimum $300 was way to high to clean a 900 square foot house. She then went on to explain, in a very rude and very disrespectful manner, how much gas prices are and how she wouldn't drive down to us in Northridge for under $300. I couldn't believe it! Not happy and wouldn't call them again. Good kids but the job is not professional. Not sure what was cleaned. I had to hire someone else again and pay again and even clean my self so I could use the restrooms. I paid exactly what she asked and didn't even negotiate the price. Even told them I will refer to all of my clients and friends if she does a good job. The other kids did way better job even boys did better job cleaning the small toilet and the kitchen cabinets than the manager francheska who should have cleaned 2 bathrooms in 2 hours and left me with hairs in the bathroom cabinets, black stains in the toilet bowls, and none of the shelves were clean. She now keeps sending me threatening racist and jealous texts after this review so I reported the police because now I'm scared she has my address and info and she's aggressively texting me all night. Lesson learned! Never made a rush decision and don't bring in random people to your house! These guys were GREAT! I hired Students Cleaning Team (SCT) to clean a large house we'd just moved out of. We were all exhausted from the move and the thought of cleaning walls and floors and toilets was too much. SCT got back to me right away. The team showed up on time and with a great attitude. I walked them through the house, which was bigger than you'd expect. I'd received an estimate over email, but the cost was adjusted slightly after viewing the house. Overall, I feel I got the better part of the deal. They cleaned the floors, walls, inside cabinets, all bathrooms. They even pulled out the stove to clean behind it!
